If it wasnt for the friendly staff, I would be giving this a 1 star. The past 3 or 4 times Ive ordered here the pizza crust was disappointingly soggy, badly needed crisped up. Even worse we got almost no sauce on the pizza. At least I can crisp up the pizza in the oven when I get home (but its dumb that I have to) but theres no scraping cheese off and adding sauce. Dont even bother ordering extra anything from here. Aside from ignoring the extra sauce request, I got almost no pepperoni on my pizza. They charged me an extra 2$ for less pepperoni than Ive when not ordering extra, the hell is that? The staff has always been friendly, and Ive never had a late delivery, which is why I waited so long to post a review or anything. Dont know if its management telling them to cut corners or what, but after spending about 70-90$ on dissapointing pizza Im sick of feeling ripped off.

Ordered pizza last night (11/28) and it tasted different than usual. Tried to eat a piece, absolutely could not finish it. HORRIBLE. Then, put it in the fridge, thought maybe something was weird with me. NOPE. My entire fridge smells rotten now

They are in Hudson but wont deliver to Hudson I have to call the Twinsburg branch very strange. The Twinsburg branch is literally twice as far away from me

Seriously? a $2.79 delivery fee?? That is positively absurd!!! Ordered this time only because no choice but will NEVER order delivery from there again.
