Service was non-existance. Food was just ok, and some are over-priced. My wife and I took our daughter there for dinner. We want to order one appetizer, a hand made noodle and the beef BBQ so we can share, and the owner insisted that we have to order 3 meal items, period. OK, we ordered the third item on the dinner menu, and figured thatll be more than we can handle, so we cancelled the appetizer - boy, you should the the face of the owner - he was upset!!! The noodle was just plain noodle with few threads of vegi and mushroom, and a teaspoonful of cooked ground beef, for $10 - I think its a rip off. flavor was only OK. The BBQ beef is supposed to be short rib, but I believe its not. More like stir-fried than BBQ. Flavor was light - not like it has been marinated at all. Again, at $16, I think its over-priced. The mackrel fish was the only one that tasted authentic, but the serving is small. God three small glasses of wheat tea when we sat. No refill. The picked dishes are good though. In terms of service, the owner took the order, delivered the dishes and thats about it. I have to go to the counter and asked for box for left over and asked for the check.

Really good food! Ok let me explain a few things about this place. One the old guy that takes orders is def a jerk and avoid talking to him. there is a younger korean guy that works there as server and is def better at serving and he is nice. Two order a kimchi pancake i know it sounds goofy but it is really good. three service is slow but think about it this way its kinda self serve if you want a pop stand up and get it your self thats what i do, they have a fridge with drinks in it. also hot tea is by the counter and it is easy if you want a refill stand up and get one. four food takes a while to get to table so dont be in a rush to get food right away we always order an appetizer while we wait. my family does not go there for the service because it is basically non existent but the food makes up for that

This was my friends and I first time going here and first having any sort of Korean food. We were pleasantly surprised with the smell of food coming from the kitchen and we took a side at the far wall. The two gentlemen working the front were polite and friendly. My friend got the Spicy Beef Soup and I got the Korean Beef and we split an order of Korean beef dumplings. All the food came out relatively at the same time and it was amazing! We tried most of the side dishes: the kimchi, seaweed, spicy cucumber, 2 other dishes that I didnt catch the name of, were delicious. I couldnt finish everything so I asked for a box and took some home to have my dad try. He enjoyed it (even though he ate it cold) and wants to go there sometime. Its truly an amazing small restaurant.

When I walked in the atmosphere already made me want to vomit - I tried to keep an open mind. Next, they gave me hot tea in a plastic cup - thanks for the cancer. I got #4 (the beef) which was one of the most expensive meals. I could not eat 60% of the beef because it had so much gristle. I only ate about 10% of it and was expecting the waiter to ask us how things were - that didnt happen. I asked for the terrible, cheap, way-over-priced beef to be removed from the bill and the owner refused even though I hardly ate any of it. I uploaded a picture (if accepted) of the meat I had to spit out after chewing endlessly on it. Keep in mind this is only from a few small slices.

Horrible place. I love authentic Korean food. Have been to Korea. Eaten at other Korea restaurants and can say this is by far the worst place in the world I have ever eaten. The owner is a complete dick and treats customers as walking wallets. No respect at all. Not clean. Food tastes old and spoiled. Just avoid this place at all costs..... there are several Korean places to eat up north in Parma and Cleveland. They are excellent places and have amazing food. The Seoul Garden is parma is slightly expensive, but treats every great and always has amazing food. They are not related to this crap Seoul garden. Same name but different companies. Heed my warning.

Service service service - just not there!!! Owner was rude and only gave us small amount of water to drink, more like a shot glass worth. Asked for more and did not get it. When food arrived it was also not worth it. Not enough of anything, asked for more rice and you would of thought we asked for the world. Owner did not run the ac inside, it was SO extremely HOT - out side temp was 90 w/high humidity. We were soaked in our sweat by the time we left. We will never return again.

I live all the way in Medina and I first started eating Korean food at Hot Pot Seoul (Which is also a fabulous resteraunt). Then I found this resteraunt! It is near by and absolutely fabulous food and service. I have tried their dduk bok gi and kimchi chi gae and have fallen in love with this place! If your looking for a restraunt thats cozy and has good customer service along with good food I highly recommend this place!

Awesome food as always. For those saying the service is bad you might just not understand how this place works. You get your own drinks and they only check on you if you really need something. This is a huge plus for me and my wife. We can enjoy our meal with no unecessary inturuptions. You also get real Korean food not Americanized Asian food like most places. The only negative for me is not having found it sooner!

This place is one of those little hole in the wall restaurants that end up having THE BEST food!! They dont add too much spice for most people-if you want it nice and hot just ask!! my husband and I usually get the squid and the table appetizers are fantastic!! Its about an hour and a half from our home town and wed drive it as much as we could to get this food-definitely worth the trip!! Enjoy!!!

Ive been in this restaurant 3 or 4 times- the first time I was there I was turned off by the inside presentation, but once the food arrived, the look of the restaurant didnt matter. If you enjoy foreign cuisine, this is some of the best and most authentic in the area. Every dish Ive eaten there was fantastic. If you are in the area, go find out for yourself.

Food like I remember from my visits to Korea. Once you get used to the set up here it feels like a home cooked meal. Yes, the pictures of the food on the wall do not accurately show what the menu items are but thats true of many restaurants. Food is always fresh and well prepared. I like all the menu items but lean toward Bulgogi and Doltsop bibimbop.

True Korean food quietly hidden as a hole in the wall joint! The bibimbap and pork dinners were fantastic! The rice is good enough to eat on its own. You get plenty of side dishes to nom on while your dinner cooks. The server was sweet and leaves you alone for the most part. Barley tea is served immediately to you upon seating. Love this place!
