See updates below. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Chick-fil-a. I am from ATL where Chick-fil-a started and made sure there was one near where we moved in Ohio. I usually get the original chicken sandwich with waffle fries, and sweet tea. I also love the chicken strip salad, nugget, milk shakes (cookies and cream). Everything is delish. They are reasonably priced - $5-7 for a meal with drink. Buy a calendar and you get a coupon for something free every month! Awesome! I cannot say enough good things. Also, all of the employees are super nice. *Update 12/16 - this location has continued to go downhill. The employees are unfriendly to the point of rude. I have submitted comments to this location and never receive a response. We used to eat here 1-2 times per week, now we do not even go once per month. The food prices have also drastically increased. I still love CFA, but not any NE Ohio locations.

Ive been eating at this location since I was in diapers -- Im 25 now. Bonnie, one of the servers, has known me nearly my entire life. I believe shes worked there well over twenty years. My favorite: A spicy chicken deluxe on a wheat bun with extra pickles. Make sure you go around lunch time -- everything is so fresh and hot it needs to cool before eating.

I dont usually write reviews, but I had to with this one. I love chik-fil-a. However this one is TERRIBLE. Absolutely the ONLY chik-fil-a I have ever been to where the food is bad and the service is EVEN WORSE. I was very surprised. I guess a great business model just cant make up for rude, lazy employees in this case. I dont recommend going here.

I ordered a large fries (pictured) and received a half-filled large fries. I wish I opened it at the Chick-fil-A because I might as well have ordered a small. Im very disappointed, i got ripped off. I could go to any other fast food restaurant and pay much less for double the fries. I come to Chick-fil-A for quality but I did not get what I paid for.

Love this chain. Even the Sausage egg and cheese biscutes are amazing. Only issue I have is in the AM, they will not serve a sandwich until 11. Other shops around have no issue with the request. I appreciate it is breakfast, but sometimes you just need the original sandwich. I hope they become a little more flexible.

I love this place. Hands down the best chicken sandwich from any fast food restaurant. My favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles but the breakfast is good too.

The service is AMAZING! Kudos to the manager. However, if you want hot fries, you had better ask for them. Rarely hot. Rarely fresh.
