I am a huge fan of Chipotle. I have enjoyed eating their steak and chicken bowls for years, and was elated when I saw one being built in the new plaza right by my house. Literally up the street. My first visit there, I was shocked at the set up of the restaurant, entirely to compacted together, with patrons being inches away from eat in customers trying to enjoy their meals. The service, preposterous. The "burrito wrappers" have attitudes and treat you like its your fault they make minimum wage wrapping burritos. I figured that since the location was so new, that in time the service would improve. I allowed time to pass and once again tried to enjoy Chipotle, only to be met with a similar experience not once, not twice, but four times... Spread out.... Finally, today was the last straw. After waiting 25 to 30 minutes in a line inside of a cramped and uncomfortable location, I reach the counter. When I asked for peppers and onions, they were out. I asked for black beans... they were out. Finally, I became irritated and made my complaint. I asked that maybe I could just have double meat at a discount since Id waited so long only to be met with incredulous attitudes and unnecessary eye rolling from the "burrito rollers", and half of the ingredients unavailable. I was told that it was out of the question as they had to conserve meat for tomorrow. I was amazed. Not to mention, the manager looked like Roseanne on her worst day, and showed the same empathy and concern for my complaint as she would a crushed bug on the sidewalk. I have never been more appalled at the service and food quality, especially that of a Chipotle. I will NEVER visit that location again, and I urge others not to either. Its a waste of your time. The food wont even be hot, nine times out of ten the steak is still dripping with blood and undercooked. Worst yet, there are overflowing garbage cans right in your view... directly next to the kitchen and stoves your food is being cooked on. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible service. Never again. This location is doomed to close if things dont change. Sad I wont visit to judge.

As honest as possible, with so much staff changes I would just avoid this Chipotle. Some of the staff are great but it falls short of Chipotles 13 Characteristics that everyone else is supposed to have. I constantly get wrong take-out orders, going in person on my lunch break is bittersweet because some great staff are nice to say hello to but the food is prepared terribly by the staff on the line. The rice is never fully mixed and youll get a mouthful of salt or cilantro. The steak is never cooked properly (they let it sit too long and it become well done or is unevenly cooked) and I have gotten ill several times getting it so I would highly avoid any red meat products! These are just some of the issues Ive had with them, hopefully things change for them for the better.

Extremely slow service! And it seems that the servers have a hard time paying attention to what it is you say you want, not found of having to continuously repeat a few times before they understand. And how is it that the restaurant does not have fajita, saying it would take 40 minutes to make some? Just as you know run out of other fixings, you begin to produce more right away...so how come there is no fajita and would take that long to produce more? But then I talked with someone else about that who had been to that location, maybe a week prior I believe, and said that you didnt have any then. No sense of urgency or care! The perk was not having to pay extra for guac because the cashier wasnt paying attention to what I said, nor what was marked on the burrito.

As with James review, I am disgusted by the service here. I have given them 3 chances. The managers were ruder than rude and had an excuse for everything. Im the type of person who tips everyone, even those who dont deserve it so for me to actually say something to a manager was a big deal. I was dismissed completely by them. Biggest transgression-waiting over 10 minutes in line with 3 people in front of you and witnessing an argument between staff about who did something wrong (while wasting time that could have fixed the issues). I have been to Chipotles all over the country and this was absolutely a disgrace and would never set foot in this one again. Maybe its the new Cedar Center-the service at all of the new shops there has been pitiful.

Im lucky enough to have 4 different Chipotles within reasonable driving distance, and this location by far and away provides the most consistently poor service and product out of all of them. Examples: Online order not started until I arrived at pickup time (and they werent busy), rice undercooked, guacamole clearly missing seasoning, burrito shells left on the grill press,...and this is all from just one visit! Always bad. I implore you to go to one of the other numerous locations in the area. Those employees might actually greet you and make some bit of eye contact.

I visit this store a few days per week. Its very clean with friendly staff. I never had an issue with my order here. The staff are very welcoming and show concern about serving a great, accurate product. The line wait is not too ridiculous here, but to be expected of course with this style of service. However, the staff are great at getting your through it quickly. I love coming to this chipotle location over the wretched one by coventry. I recommended this chipotle to my friends and co-workers and we all agree this is the best one on the block!

The wait is always long. The staff moves slow. They were out of lettuce on a recent visit and it took 10 minutes to get, with 4 people standing around in the back. I guess they were growing the lettuce on site..? Staff is either clueless or rude. The food is never made consistently, regardless of corporate portion standards. Theyre also great at messing up online/app orders even with the order being printed off right in front of them. Youre better off dealing with the headache of parking in Coventry Village than going to this location.

Slowest Chipotle ever. First time I went here, I left after the line hadnt budged in 10 minutes. Second time, the line was shorter, but they made me wait several minutes at the register, because apparently the only person allowed to use the register was also the only person allowed to answer the phone. Third time, the line took over half an hour. Never again. Its only a few minute drive to the Chipotle on Coventry or Legacy Village. Apparently this location never got the memo explaining the "fast" in "fast casual".

I had to leave a comment about to worst service I ever had. The store seemed, to have lost their sense of urgency. I waited in line over 35 minutes, then it took, 8 minutes to make my Veggie bowl, and Chicken bowl. Once, that was over, I had to wait for cashier (Jennifer) to finish her personal conversation to check me out. After I paid, there was no thank you, she throw my receipt in the bag, and went back to her conversation. I like Chipotle, but Ill never go back to this store in South Euclid.
