To start the people are hard to understand on the phone and I had to repeat myself multiple times. We order a pep pizza, pep calzone, mild wings, and a burger, the order was read back to me and was correct. The delivery was fast but they forgot the pizza and the guy said that it wasnt on our receipt. The delivery guy was nice and said he would go back and get a pizza but I was charged for it again. Also the burger was only supposed to have cheese and lettuce but came with everything on it and the person who got it couldnt have the other things. We called back and asked for a new burger but the man didnt understand what we were talking about so we spoke to someone else and everything was figured out. As far as the quality of the food goes, the pizza, calzone, and burger were good but not the best, but the wings werent cooked all the way ( pink, sometimes bloody center) and the wing sauce smelled and tasted like sweet and sour sauce. Honestly, I probably wont order from here again

So rude i was appalled. Online hours say they are open til 3:30am and last order is to be placed by 3am. I placed my order online at 2:40am and walk in 20 minutes later to pick up my pizza only to be told they are closed and my order was never accepted. Their open sign was still lit up and door was wide open(the same door that states they are open until 4am and last order is to be placed by 3:30am). Awful customer service and awful business qualities to not honor the information they have posted. The guy "helping" me didnt even apologize and shrugged it off when i told him they should have atleast called and let me know since i sumbmitted my phone number with the order. Will not recommend nor will i ever be back.

This establishment is called Buckeye Pizza, not New York Pizza Oven. The pizza is pretty good, and the menu is full of value. The owners are foreign and are sometimes hard to understand, but theyre very nice. Their hours are excellent, theyre always open until 4AM, however the time they open is inconsistent. The menu is great: In addition to pizza and related fare (calzones, subs) they also have a wide selection of pastas, appetizers (even including fried calamari), and gyros. ... not to mention an array of interesting sides (including my personal favorite, the mysterious strawberry biscuit). Pickup orders take about 15 minutes.

Buckeye pizza rules! When I first saw this place I thought. A pizza place connected to a crappy gas station? That cant be very good. But when a friend told me they sold $1.50 slices I decided to check it out. Thats when I discovered its glory. The pizza is my second favorite in the city, and the dudes that work there are cool as hell. Always being friendly, and tolerant of my late night drunkenness. Besides the excellent pizza, they have an impressive menu that I need to take advantage of sometime. This is definitely the place to go whether you want some late night slices or a fresh delicious pizza.

TERRIBLE!!! First of all, they screwed up our pizza, forgot to bring the salad we ordered, and then refused to replace it or help us any further. Not only was the food bad, over-priced, and screwed up, but the Indian owner-guy was rude when we called him to get help with receiving the correct order. He then even told us to BRING THE PIZZA BACK SO HE COULD SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!! (we ordered delivery). Nasty business, this place should be shut down. Id AVOID this place at all costs.

1st and the last time I ordered from this location. I ordered 3 item large pizza and A mozzarella stick and the pizza came with distasteful look and the mozzarella stick looks old (re-fried/baked). Toppings are: <15 slices of pepperoni, "hidden" bacon, enough banana pepper to cover the entire large pizza. Just an advise to everyone, if you ordered bacon as your topping, it wont come on the top of the pizza but it will be "hidden".

Affordable pizza delivered quickly. This pizza isnt going to change the way you think about pizza. Its cheap and fast. Really. Thats all you need to know. If moneys tight, I would definitely order again. (amendment) After my initial review, I tried some of the other food on their menu. Actually pretty good. So with the variety of decent food like chicken fingers and fries added to my original review, I increased the rating to 4 stars.

I ordered a pizza through Order Up. I made a note about a type of sauce I cant have. The pizza of course had this sauce. So I call and the woman asks me my name, address, order etc. Then says she has no record of me ordering so she cant help me, then hung up on me. I tried to offer the confirmation number etc. and was ignored. Is my email confirmation and debit card history not enough to show I ordered?

I have been coming to this place for a few years now and I have to say its one of the best hidden late night pizza places in Columbus. The owner is awesome, wont forget a face, and makes you feel at home. Have always loved this place, and built a lot of memories from here. Bottom line the pizza is LEGIT, has a great price, and never disappoints. Buckeye Pizza will always have a place in my heart.

I just had the worst delivery experience of my life. I have a severe dairy allergy and they blamed me for there website not sending the comments threw to them. Then he lied and said they would refund my money when they only do partials. Which I only found out after calling.

Very simple pizza and I LOVE it! The crust is fluffy and buttery, the sauce is savory with a hint of sweetness and the cheese has the perfect amount of gooey and crispy! Dont underestimate this pizza- it is delicious! The service is also always kind and sincere! :)

Worst pizza Ive had in the area. Crust had no flavor, sauce was like spaghetti sauce. Pizza had the consistency of soup when it arrived with half the toppings spilled over one side. Go somewhere else.
