First of I absolutely love Chipotle, by far my favorite place to eat. With that being said this review is mainly on the Stringtown road location only. This location has defiantly declined in both food quality and service in the last year or so. Overall is still a great place to eat! The staff is usually polite and welcoming. The facility is well kept and clean. This location does get very busy and sometimes lined out the door throughout the whole day! The line does move quick most days. I know there isnt much they can do about this with one line. Maybe put in a second line? Some location have a whole separate line for take out orders which may help some. Parking is limited, but there is a Walmart next door to park. However like the idot in another review said to park there you still have to keep in mind if Walmart wanted to tow your car they could! Then the food, most days its good cooked right and seasoned right! However at times I get the brown rice and its barley cooked or seasoned and it is basically white rice. Probably the worst most annoying thing in my opinion is the giant scoop of rice and a tiny portion of chicken sometimes 5 pieces! This mostly depends on who is working the line.

Im not eating at this restaurant anymore. Every time I go there, it gets worse and worse. between the prices constantly going up, having to wait while the line stops to fill fax orders, and the food portions getting smaller and smaller, its not worth it. I shouldnt have to ask EVERY time for more than a sprinkle of lettuce. This visit was the last straw. I ordered a burrito bowl for my wife, and all kidding aside, it was about 90% rice with barely any meat or lettuce. The staff doesnt seem to care about anything other than getting people through the line. During a previous visit, I simply pointed at something over the guard, and the girl working stopped everything, looked at me and snapped "can I ask you NOT to put your hand over that?" Poor food portions. Poor customer service. Poor prices. Ill go to restaurants where Im treated like a valued customer from now on.

I dont know what happened to this place...Maybe a change in management or something, but the last few times Ive been eaten here the service has been terrible. Same great food (hence two stars) but the staff I have encountered on multiple occasions (on different days and times) were rude, standoffish, lazy, and completely attentive to me and other customers. I dont usually complain about food service because ive worked the industry and I know things happen, but not like this, not this bad, and definitely not this often. Two years ago I thought things were great, ever since the store opened they get cranked at rush times and push through it with enthusiasm, but the few times ive been in the last six months has made me avoid it, even when a burrito sounds fantastic. Finding a great staff is extremely hard, but I hope something changes here soon.

First off I dont give a rats *** about the parking lot being to small, its just as easy ( if not easier) to park in the back part of the Walmart parking lot and run in instead of having to deal with car doors getting dinged up and some of the idiot drivers rushing in and out of the place like theyre on some important government mission... A couple years ago I would have gave this place five stars. The staff had gotten slower and gets confused more often, they shouldnt have got rid of the Mexicans they knew what they were doing more then the clowns they have running this place now, but whatever, it is what it is but what really broke the camels back is that how stingy they are with the meat now. First they load you up with a massive pile of rice and give you very little of anything else.

I had to wait for a margarita to be made. They’re supposed to be made BEFORE the store opens. I ordered 2 servings of chips & guac. One order of the guac was nothing but half an avocado. The floors were filthy. The staff on the line was EXCESSIVELY SLOW. There wasn’t any decent hot sauce available. No comment cards were available. There was no in-store wifi to make music changes. The tea decanter was empty. I mentioned it to staff & during our stay they never bothered to fill it. :( I’ve been to Chipotle in Denver. This store was WAY UNDER MINimum corporate standards. I know this is a good place to eat. Just THIS location is being poorly managed. I might try another in town? But I DON’T think I’ll be going back to this one.

Chipotle is Chipotle. You know what youre getting. I like the food, but at times the staff is a bit aloof. I ordered tacos and dont like them to get soggy on the ride home so unusually ask for the salsa on the side, as I did this time, but the lady was clearly a bit offended at my request. Maybe you arent supposed to order it that way, I dont know. I also had to ask multiple times for sofritas as the guy wrangled with some somewhat hilarious OCD compulsion over how to place roughly 6 black beans perfectly centered in each of the three taco shells. Hehe. Good food, usually good service, occasionally a bit of wonkiness in the service.

This was my second and last time here. I thought i would give them a seco d chance but they proved the first experience was the norm. Absolutely terrible customer service. Watched one girl completely ignore customers and carry on conversations with other employees while the customers bowl sat there waiting for her. The manager had zero control of her employees or, at the minimum, failed to display any. Anything I asked for to be in my bowl was responded with a look showing displeasure because the customer was obviously a disservice to them.

This establishment is a joke. Its either super busy and the workers online are joking around and not paying attention. As Im writing this Ive watch the employers dance, start butting heads and just laugh and talk. Or you get here and its dead and they dont even allow you to speak they are in such a hurry. You cant win at this location. It looks like an older lady is working the register who looks like a manager she has been rude to the customer and hasnt redirected her staff. This is the worst customer experience Ive ever had.

I went there today for lunch, and the people working there all the way down the line couldnt have been nicer!! I told the guy (wish I had gotten names) that I thought they had the best tofu (sofritoes) dish of any place Ive tried! They did a nice thing for me today, and they know what it was, so Im not gonna blab it to the whole world, but I do want to say that I was very blessed by their kindness. And lunch was absolutely, positively, delishious!! (Sofrito bowl) Thank you, I was blessed today!

Parking lot way way to small had to wait 10 min just to park. Line moved slow but steady. Employees very VERY rude to old ladies in front of me for not knowing what they want. Order a steak burrito barley got steak. Wanted to order extra steak but would have to have waited for it. Writing this for them no way they will ever return and want them to have a voice. Might have to drive extra 15 min for better service. Love chipotle but hate this one. If prices go up ill never return.
