Racist towards non-White Americans Today marked the 2nd time with Sunflower where the order we placed online mysteriously didnt get to the restaurant. We placed the order online, got our email confirmation with the pick up time and went to the restaurant to get our food, as we have done many times in the past (successfully since 2010). The previous instance when they didnt have our order after we showed up, we waited patiently as we placed another order. No discount was offered, nor was there an apology. Today, when we showed up, we were told again, the website isnt working. HOWEVER, this time, another WHITE AMERICAN MAN showed up with a WEB ORDER and they had it ready for him. The older Chinese man lied to my husbands face and said the other persons order was submitted via fax. My husband asked him in front of the Chinese man and he said it a web order. We dont appreciate being lied to nor do we want to support a bigoted business. Sunflower Chinese Restaurant is RACIST, unless you are WHITE and AMERICAN. So were letting ALL our friends and family know that there are better, tastier and significantly less racist Chinese restaurants we can send spend our money at.

I dont live in Columbus, just visit occasionally. Went here for Dim Sum on a Saturday about 6 months ago, with my uncles family and it was pretty good. Prices were middle of the road, and food was good and authentic with lots of patrons. But just went back for lunch with my wife, due to that prior positive experience, and it was quite disappointing. Granted it was lunch and middle of the week, but not many patrons. Portions seemed small for the money, and the meat in the Mongolian beef was very tough and chewy. Even the garlic chicken seemed dry and tasteless. We ordered dinner portions of a few selections to take back to the family, but unfortunately those didnt taste much better. Its too bad initial experience was good, but looks like quality has gone downhill .....................or maybe new owners?

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Not because it was the best Dim Sum Ive ever had, but it is so much better than any other Dim Sum Ive ever had in Columbus. Most likely youre reading this because youre looking for good Dim Sum in Columbus. Youre not flying in from Hong Kong to find the best Dim Sum in the States. Dim Sum is available anytime but the push cart service is only on Saturdays and Sundays until 3pm. From the moment we walked in, the place was packed to the gills. As soon as we sat down, someone brought us some tea. The har hau was translucent, the turnip cake crispy, the pork buns fluffy. Thats all you need to know. If I have to say one thing, the prices are a little steep. It was nearly $5 for a small plate of gai lan.

I searched for a good authentic chines restaurant in Columbus. This restaurant seems to fit the bill. I brought friends to dinner at the end of June 2012 expecting a good experience and received the exact opposite. The air conditioning was broken, so the restaurant was uncomfortable. The menu look very good, they even had a special menu with several authentic chinese dishes. The service was slow, the food was mediocre, and as it turned out, everyone in my party became a little sick a few hours after eating at this restaurant. We had ordered a few extra dishes to have left-overs, but we had to throw it all away. Its unfortunate that this restaurant seems to have all the elements of a good restaurant, but fails miserably.

My Kung Pao Chicken had zero flavor. It was essentially chicken, peanuts, and some veggies soaked in chicken broth with a couple chile peppers thrown in. It was absolutely disgusting. The other dishes we got were bland as well. They charge way too much for this barely-edible food. Service was poor, even by carryout Chinese standards. Its a real shame because this used to be one of the best places in Dublin to get Chinese. However, these last 2-3 years the quality has gotten worse and worse to the point of it almost being inedible now. They have lost my business for good.

My husband and I went to Sunflower after recently moving back to Dublin. Eating there after almost 7 years was VERY disappointing. The food was absolutely disgusting and the service was horrible. A man (who we assumed to be the manager) brought us our check and stood over my husband as he was signing the receipt. When my husband asked him for some personal space he refused to leave. We are definitely never going back there again. There are so many other amazing Chinese food places in Dublin so I suggest you skip this one and not waste your money.

This was one of the worst Chinese meals I ever ate! The first try at hot and sour soup was neither, but their second attempt was somewhat better. The crispy orange beef was the texture of pot roast with a heavy (not citrus) sauce that was not at all spicy. My friends chicken dish was also bland and unmemorable. (We wondered if the chef was off for the night and if someones grandma from Iowa was in the kitchen!) The only good part of the meal was the garlic bok choy. I have had wonderful food at Ming Flower, so this was a great disappointment.

I got a lunch combo, the sweet and sour chicken. Its difficult to mess up, its just breaded and fried chicken with rice and sweet/sour sauce. The chicken was too dry to chew through and the sauce tasted like it was poured into a bowl straight out of a maraschino cherry container. Unsatisfied to say the least, but I was starving and had already spent too much time to go and pick it up on my lunch break from work, I had to eat it.

This place used to be amazing, but the last four times Ive tried Ive returned the food and asked for a refund. The problem is simple, the oil they are using tastes like fish! I dont want chicken that tastes like fish. I dont want egg-rolls that taste like fish. Just change your oil already!! You used to be so delicious. Delicious enough that I would bring family from out of town - but you have greatly disappointed!

I went here with friends for dim sum. It pales in comparison to previous experiences on the West Coast...while the food was OK, there wasnt a large variety of selection available, the carts came by infrequently, and the food was not as hot as my companions and I are used to expecting with dim sum. The restaurant has a nice interior, but service and food quality have lots of room for improvement.

The food is horrible. They gave me chicken and broccoli with white sauce. It was just water and corn starch mixed together. Soooo horrible. Seasame chicken wasnt much better but it was the better of both the dishes. I called the restaurant to complaint about the food. The man told me to call the online site I ordered the food by and not to disturb him. They are very rude and food is even worse!

服务态度很糟糕,估计以后不会去了。一共78块,付100现金。服务员直接拿走100块,剩的直接当小费,也没问。单子拿过来还黑口黑脸。去你们这家吃饭,还要看脸色。

My husband and I ate here- he is Asian Indian and Im white. We asked them for desert after the meal and they said they didnt have any desert. Two minutes later a guy pulls up with a desert cart to a large Chinese family sitting next to us. We asked our server if we could get desert off of that cart, and he pretended not to understand us. We will never go back!
