Best and healthiest Asian food I have ever had. I never write reviews but I had to say something about this restaurant. The food is amazing, my boyfriend and I go here a lot and every time we stop in they are busy. Helena, the woman who works the register, has to be the nicest woman ever - she treats every customer as family and is always happy to make your food to your liking. My boyfriend is vegan and they always go out of their way to make anything on the menu vegan which is great. The food is extremely healthy and they only buy quality ingredients excluding those that are too fatty and they do not use MSG. The price is amazing especially when you consider what other places charge you for crappy food and service. The restaurant is smaller but I prefer to judge by the quality of the food not the interior decor. I have no idea what happened to the person who gave this place one star, I find it shocking and it is actually what motivated me to write this review. This place should have nothing less than five stars like the other reviewer said if I ever find myself out of Columbus without STL I would probably cry too :)

Best in columbus hands down, and Ive actually been to a LOT of places in columbus. Nobody does general tsos like they do! Slightly crispy breading covered with a perfect sauce and always tender white pieces of chicken, never those big chunks of nasty gristly chicken, this stuff is quality. I havent tried too many things from their menu (mostly because I loooooove their general tsos so much lol) but everything Ive tried so far was also great. The lady that works there is always in an amazing mood, so nice and welcoming. If I lived closer I would eat there constantly, but since I moved I have to take regular pilgrimages to the one asian food joint that I will always know as the best. If this place went out of business I would probably cry... seriously...

Food was okay. Nothing special or different than anywhere else. Menu is somewhat limited, and pretty pricey for what you get. Two entrees, two medium drinks, and one sub-par appetizer cost $33.50, not including tip. For that cost, I expect a nice sit-down style restaurant where Im waited on at the table, which was not the case. This was a fast food style experience where you go to the counter and order, get your own drink, and sit in a no frills space only big enough for about a dozen tables. In other words, what you would find at a Subway or Wendys...although Wendys has more atmosphere (and more tables, and costs half the money) than Sun Tong Luck. I didnt feel all that lucky. Definitely not worth another visit from me.

They should open a full service restaurant because this place has the best Chinese food in town. The lady behind the counter is so sweet! She makes you feel welcome and valued as a customer. Their spring rolls are the only ones I will eat from any Chinese restaurant. The jasmine iced green tea is amazing. I recommend the Sesame Chicken or the General Taos Chicken. Keep in mind that any spicy item on the menu can be made without the spice. Great for lunch or dinner! The atmosphere is pleasant even though theres no table service and its nice to sit down and eat (theres plenty of seating). Eating inside or taking it to go, this place cant be beat!

My first impression of the place was it looked okay; the decor was bland and the color of the food menu signs were worn out. The restaurant was also chilly, I had to wear my coat the whole time while I ate. The lunch portion size is small so the food was fairly cheap. I ordered the garlic beef and it was pretty disappointing. 1) the beef was mushy and the texture was very unbeef like 2) the brown sauce taste more like vinegar than garlic, very disturbing to my taste palette 3) the vegetable was also mushy Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant.

The service was quick and staff really nice so I feel bad saying this, Im not sure if its what I ordered but my dish was unfortunately very bland and devoid of any flavor other than generic brown gravy and "spongy" meat. Fried rice was very plain with nothing in it, just a very plain experience for the price (11 dollars plus a tip if you consider it "sit down enough) Honestly not sure how the ratings are so high for this resteraunt. The food was worse than even an average place in the area (and there are TONS of options around here for Asian food).

Sun Tong Lucks food is fabulous not to mention additive and MSG free!! They take great pride with their recipes to provide you a healthy meal. Once you experience Sun Tong Lucks menu you will totally taste and feel the difference compared to other Asian restaurants that are not additive and MSG free. The owners are always a pleasure and make you feel special.

Just as they state in their mission, they make fresh, healthy and delicious food as well as send you off smiling. I had the luck to discover Sun Tong Luck tonight and am happy I did. The owner couldnt be nicer and they really care about the quality of the food. Needless to say, the meal was delicious and I would go back there again in an instant.

Fantastic Chinese food and absolutely top notch service. The woman behind the counter was very sweet and even carried my order out to my car for me. My favorite part was not only did she remember my name but every person that came in while I waited was greeted by their name. I cant recommend Sun Tong Luck enough!

I think Ill skip this page in the future. The food tasted like it was previously frozen. Poorly plated. Horrible atmosphere. Not sure why comments show high quality general tsaos. Its beyond bad. Gooey sauce, bland fried rice, and I dont know what youd call the fried chicken. $26 wasted.

Flavorful, healthy food from a family-run restaurant. They are not lying with the "Best General Tsos in town" line. You can tell that there is a lot of pride taken in the service and food -- best ordered to go as the location itself is dingy, but totally worth it.

Best Chinese food I have ever had. Literally stomps Hunan lion into the ground. The General tso is so good and they can actually make it spicy if you want it like that. Atmosphere is just alright but makes for the best takeout ever

I have eaten at many Chinese restaurants but this is by far the absolute freshest and most flavorful one there is in Columbus hands down! Ive been here multiple times and every time the food is as fresh as fresh could be.

I do a lot of work around town, so I eat at lots of restaurants. This is one place I will be back too. Fast friendly service, family owned, the food is great so come and try them out.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was helpful and kind. They were also super fast--deciding what to get, ordering, and getting food only took 15 minutes total.

Meager portions, disappointing food, and inattentive counter service. Would not recommend. Im pretty discouraged if this is the top rated place for Chinese food near me.
