The restaurant has eager-to-please servers and a pleasing decor. I ordered the "House Special Spicy Sole Fillet (spicy)" (ma2 la4 yu2 pian4 麻辣鱼片), and I asked for it to be made extra spicy. The dish was well presented and attractive, but normally this dish has a delicious flavor imparted by Szechuan pepper (花椒), but none was detectable, and the dish was not very spicy. By contrast, my wife said that her Moo Shu Pork was some of the best she had ever had. It turns out there is an "extra" 2-page menu, not normally handed out, whose dishes are supposed to be more authentic. Next time well try ordering from it.

The food is decent, but not really matching the décor and feeling of the place. It is styled and meant to look like a more upper quality Asian food restaurant, but sadly the food doesnt really match. You can get the same quality food at some other places and so paying the amount you do here just because the interior is better than others doesnt make it worth it. Also, they charge for rice...WHAT? Rice is like the cheapest thing and youre going to firstly serve me only a small bowl of rice and then charge me if I want some more? That fact is the main reason theyre not average, but below average in my mind.

The whole experience was very enjoyable. My friend and I went to the restaurant for a leisurely [late] lunch - the food was delicious (albeit pretty Americanized for Chinese cuisine) and plentiful. Great bang for your buck. The waiter was very kind, kept our drinks filled, and our table clean. The restaurant itself is fairly unassuming from the outside, but has a beautiful interior, with plenty to look at. All in all, a good experience. They can expect us back in the near future!

Worst servers Ive ever seen. Probably because I had kids? Never came once to fill drinks. Waited more than 5 minutes for anyone to come by to get the order. Waited 6 minutes by myself for someone to come and give me a check even after I let my family walked out. I just went to the counter myself. Then the guy came up to collect the money, how swift. Wasnt even crowded. Maybe just my server but anyways.

My wife and I really enjoyed our first visit. The manager checked on us to be sure all was satisfactory. In fact all was excellent. The manager and wait staff recognize us and offer friendly greeting. Dishes appear to reflect original Chinese quisine, and can be modified to taste. We will return.

Possibly the worst Chinese food Ive ever had. I like the Champaign location but the one in Urbana is awful these days. I shouldve been suspicious when my order came out in under 5 min. It was reheated food that apparently had been around quite a while. Apathetic service. I wont be back.

One of the waiter was very rude. I went there for a lunch with my friend, he was absolutely rude against us. Didnt serve us water and let us wait for a long time even there was not too many people at that time. If I see him again next time, I will immediately get out of there.

The food was good, the portions were huge. The restaurant looks nice and clean inside. The menu wasnt very descriptive beyond a few words for each item, so you might want to be somewhat familiar with Chinese dishes before trying something new.

If you are like me and you love Chinese food then you owe it to yourself to stop here. It is my favorite place to eat. Staff is friendly and courteous, food is very reasonably priced and as mentioned it is fantastic!

Very quiet restaurant. A good quality lunch special thats worth a few extra minutes wait. Dont expect to get in and out super quick but its not overly long either. Just a very well paste relaxing lunch.

Very bad service. The place was empty, waiter served us our drinks, 15 mins later had not taken our order. I asked for the check and this is a direct quote from the waiter "I forgot."
