I cant believe I have been walking by this place for 3+ years and never stopped in!! I finally gave it a shot after my BFs coworker raved over it! And I have to say, he was not mistaken. The music was just the perfect setting for the atmosphere (light EDM) and the food complemented everything as well! As it was a cold winter day, I went with the Chicken Ramen dish, and it was perfect! Kinda like pho, but with that ramen noodle twist! Also ordered a few sushi rolls, and they were so so so good! Everything tasted fresh, was served fast and left my BF and I filled to the brim! Needless to say, I will be returning. Update** And return I did.. but this time the ramen dish was not so great. I went with the veggie ramen bowl and it was all outtawhack! I asked my server a few questions about it and she explained that the kitchen staff was completely new and they changed the recipes around. Well, that explains it. The noodles were undercooked and flavorless, but everything else in the bowl was fine. So in my crunched lunch hour I didnt send it back. The sushi I ordered rocked, once again. If anything I will try something else on the menu next time other than the ramen bowl.

Sushi is worth the visit but dont come during busy hours. We made a reservation for valentines day a week and a half in advance and upon arrival found out they had never written it down. Thankfully there was a spare table so we were able to be seated on time (6:30). Waiter made it to us shortly after and took a drink order. I asked for a bloody mary and around 6:50 he returned to inform me it couldnt be made. We ordered sushi rolls (no apps) at that time and waited for our food for an additional 45 min. It was ready in 40 but our plate sat for 5. The other server noticed it, asked where it went, then decided not to bring it for her co-worker. The excuse given for the lengthy wait was "oh sorry, we got a bunch of orders in for carry out." This felt like BS since we had a birds eye view of the sushi chefs and only 1 take-out order had been made. Also, plenty of people who arrived AFTER us had been served. The server offered an apology and that was all for the horrendous experience. I can be patient and understanding but the entire experience ruined our dinner and valentines day date.

Went here with my husband for a date night. The food was ok, but not much special - except for the kimchi pancake appetizer, which was amazing. My vegetarian burger was rather flavorless, which was disappointing. My husband got sushi, which tasted good but wasnt mind blowing or anything and was an insane price considering the size of their rolls. He had ramen when he went before and enjoyed it enough that we went together. Its also very, very hot inside. Presumably this is due to the windows. In the winter it would be lovely, but we were sweating like crazy because of it. It does have a nice atmosphere though. The decor is very nice.

This is place is amazing! The sushi panini (salmon or spicy tuna) is literally my favorite app on the planet and every time I take a friend or colleague to the restaurant they are immediately converted once they have a piece (my 10 year old loves it too). The chef is creative and the fish is always fresh and delicious. Its a great place to meet for an after work drink of for happy hour munchies. Ryan, the manager, always greets us with a warm welcome and the serving staff is professional and pleasant. What more could you ask for? Love it!

Currently dining and perplexed that I can wait 50 min for a sushi roll on a Monday, they arent busy, and others at the table got food AFTER I ORDERED MINE... Yet they present me with a 100% bill... Oh, I forgot,... They thought that a bowl of wack brothy soup was okay to offer me while I waited AFTER I HAD TO NOTIFY THEM AFTER 45 MINUTES THAT I STILL DIDNT HAVE MY FOOD!!! is that how you do business? Im the 1 person at the table with a Masters in Business and 20yrs experience in food and beverage!!! Horrible Job!!!

Ramen presentation was impressive (impractical in some ways) but the broth was bland so that pretty much ruins it as a whole :-( Sushi was ok. Went on weeknight and they had a lot of servers but the service was pretty poor. Waited a good 20 minutes between finishing meal and getting check. Just too slow and the server could be better educated, she didnt know what shiso was even though it actually came on the sushi plate...

Ate here a few weeks ago.. All members of the staff were great, very friendly and relaxed, and the interior of the space is attractive. And while the quality of the food is very good, the portion sizes are unfortunately very underwhelming for the price. Rishi isnt cheap, and for the prices I expected a lot more. I wont be returning unless they provide more sushi for the high prices, or lower their prices.

They forgot avocado on my chicken sandwich, and had blue cheese on it for some reason, even though blue cheese was mentioned nowhere on the menu. Asked them to remake it. Second one was better, had a much more juicier patty than the first one... But they didnt give me new fries, & cold fries suck. Also bahn mi sandwich is so not worth the price, had literally one pinch of pulled pork on each side.

Great food but slow service. Rishi offers some great food options, especially their ramen bowls. Sushi rolls are what you would find elsewhere but nicely prepared and fresh. Happy hour specials are attractive and enjoying a drink at the outside tables is a nice way to pass the evening. Service is rather slow so be prepared for an hour if visiting for lunch.

I loved everything about this place, good service, THEY HAVE RAMEN!!! and i walk there from my office! the sushi was fresh and well presented. this was my first time and tomorrow I am going back tomorrow to try a burger. and have their fries. Sushi place that has burgers made with an Asian flair, cant wait to try them all.

Im writing this from my table. Weve been in the restaurant for just under 2 hours (sitting at our table for an hour and 15 mins) and still have no food in sight. It was busy when we arrived so a wait is understandable and expected but unless they are fishing for our meal, this is unacceptable.

The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. I had the seafood ramen and loved it. Our server was very friendly and he was able to explain several of the dishes to us. My wife had sushi and thought it was some of the best sushi she had ever had. We will definitely be going back.

Being a diehard Aki Hanna fan I had low expectations for my first visit to Rishi - I was pleasantly surprised the sushi and menu is great. I do not however think their business is sustainable as downtown Columbus just does not have the traffic needed to support this restaurant.

My cousin and I went in for calamari and some sushi and it was terrible. When I told the waitress that the calamari was so rubbery you could not chew it, she commented that I wasnt use to calamari this fresh. Rude service + bad food = NEVER going there ever again.
