ZERO STARS! Being African American I wished I could have had the experience. Pulled this restaurant up online and the reviews seemed amazing. As you can read for yourself the food "SOUNDS" wonderful and I was looking forward to this experience. Me and my party arrived and immediately no hello or no welcome. We were asked "how many?" from across the room, then the waiter pointed to the table we were to sit down at. We waited so long we had read through the entire 5 page menu and still no one offered or asked, can I get you to drink.... Nothing! There was no attention paid to us what so ever. So if you dare visit make sure your the RIGHT color and are willing to wait.

If I could give this place a negative rateing I would. I brought my wife here for lunch and from the moment we walked through the door we received a weirdvlook from the staff. We tried to just brush it off in the hopes of enjoying the meal to come but it never came. We sat waiting for over 15 at the least for someone to come to our table. There two parties that came in well after us and where promptly served while we contained to wait. Finally my wife just got up and left the restaurant. If I had known that this establishment refused to serve people of color then I made it a point to avoid this restaurant like the plague. Horrible service.

It was lunch time and waitress looked tired of serving and never smiled. When I asked her to recommend me a place to change 9 month old babys clothes due to spoiled drink, she told me to to do it on the floor by table. I was holding a diper on my hand to change diper if there is any place and she told me not to change diper there and I said "yes", then she just left. I was very unhappy with how she treat me and my family so we just steped out and went to Mc Donalds to change clothes and have a lunch. It was one of the worst experience in my life and she ruined our day. I dont care how good there food is and will never go there again.

Great food, but the service was horrible! We arrived at 7pm and the place was jam packed. We waited for 30 minutes before we were seated which I can understand during the peak time. When the server finally get to our table, she didnt even offer drinks. I told the server how about we get some water first, the server replied rudely by saying how many water and hot tea. At that point, I was really ticked off. I mean, I understand they were busy and all that, but it shouldnt be used as an excuse. In addition, the utensils are dirty. Overall, very disappointed!!

I see some negative reviews and Ive been here a couple times the service isnt your typical american service because they are not american Ive been to korea and this is often how smaller restaurants or street food places will treat you. But at the end of the meal they are always kind and appreciate you if you are kind also. Also this isnt a chinese restaurant its korean and the food is very different . Food quality is very authentic and delicious .

I could not eat anything other than the rice. The beef was terrible. It was stringy. I wasnt sure if it was beef or the intestines which are on the menu. I tried pot sticker things and I could hardly eat those. Sauce was very very salty. There was a mcdonalds in the parking lot. I would have been much happier eating there. I would not give a one star except it wasnt an option. I like Chinese food but not this

I told the server I was ready to order my food. She said okay. And continued to do whatever she was doing. Helping 3 other tables, ignoring me. And the other lady just gave us the menu without even saying anything. She literally just dropped it on the table and left. The service is horrible but I was craving Korean food what can I do. Dont think I should come again when the food is expensive and the device is horrible

Bi-Bam-Bap was great, all three people in our group got it as a first try for our first visit. The staff were friendly and attentive. The meal was unexpectedly accompanied with a variety of usual Korean tiny appetizer dishes, kimchi, spicy coleslaw, etc. Maybe that was part of ordering the stonepot? Everything was good, left me full and satisfied although about an hour later I wanted more Bi-Bim-Bap. Will go back.

My husband and I have come here numerous times--in fact, we learned to eat Korean food here because the staff has kindly taught us things (e.g., how to mix bibimbop with the red sauce). Some things are not to my typical American taste (intestines), but the foods I do eat are delicious. Plenty of Koreans eat here, so I can only guess that its authentic. Nice place!

The real deal. As good as korean places in koreatown los angeles but a fraction of the price. Not pricey like someone else claims. $11 for a huge bowl of seafood and thick noodles soup with all the spicy, pickled sides. Cost you $30 or more in LA. More red pepper broth than you can finish unless youre making a bet. Work up a sweat and order korean level spicey.

The food was amazing and the service was great. Despite what other commenters have said about the service, it was superb, but not what youd expect of an American resturaunt due to it being a more traditional Korean resturaunt where you arent checked on every minute. Great resturaunt for the those that want good ethnic food.

The food was amazing and quality and quantity of side dishes were excellent. Other Korean restaurants offer 4-6 side dishes but this restaurant offered 9 side dishes, which included seasonal vegetable. I have not seen seasonal vegetable offered by any other Korean restaurant so far.

This is hands down my favorite Korean restaurant to go to here in Ohio. The food is great and reminds me of my time spent living abroad in South Korea. If its your first time trying Korean food Id recommend the Bi Bim Bop (and if youre over 21 get the Soju as well).

AMAZING. Perfect sercive and amazing food. If you like authentic Korean food this is the place for you. Ive been having withdraw from all these delicious foods since moving back to America and this REALLY curbs those cravings. Will definitely be returning.

Fantastic food, but a little on the pricey side. Would strongly suggest the fried dumplings, korean rolls, beef "dosum be-bim-bop" aka hot stone bowl of rice, egg, veggies, meat, and awesome, and beef bolgolgi! BEST KOREAN IN COLUMBUS! THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE!

Waited 30 minutes to order. 8 side dishes all pretty bland except 3. Found hair in our food and servers hardly paid attention to us, no refills on water or asking how the food was. For cheaper, Diaspora is a much friendlier and tastier time.

Living in Korea for 3 years, this place is spot on. Very friendly, great food, peaceful environment! Havent been here in a couple years. Walked in recently, and they still remember me. Thats a wonderful feeling.
