My overall experience was not pleasant at all. My original order,I requested delivery and my pizza took one hour and fifty minutes to arrive to my home which is appx 3 miles from the restaurant. I contacted the manager, Katie, and she stated that I could wait and have another pizza delivered to replace the one that I received, which in turn, had taken almost 2 hours...I declined and requested a refund of my money. The manager, Katie, then apologized and stated that she would be sure to accommodate me, as a customer, if I decided to come back to the restaurant and communicate the information to the other managers on staff. In addition, she stated that she would be willing to comp 1/2 of the total bill and I believed that was fair. One month later, I called to place an order and another manager, Nick, stated that he didnt know anything about the situation and became combative and wanted to debate back and forth with me for 10 minutes. I suggested that he contact Katie and mention the situation to her to receive the confirmation and he became to scream at me. This restaurant is privately owned, not franchised, so they do not have any corporate policies in place. I requested the GMs information to escalate my complaint and received no assistance. It makes you wonder what kind of standards are in place with the food...considering there arent any standards in place when it comes to the employees and poor management. Please order your pizza from anywhere but here!!!

Bad service!!!!! Lost a good customer. We order our pizza around 12:50pm. After waiting over a hour we called the store. The delivery guy called once and left. We had the pizza delivered to our job. There are two entires to get in the delivery guy never attempted to come in either entries. After calling the location and delivery guy over 10 times they finally answered. Well long story short. They still charged us full price for the pizza. We had A Large pizza, Wings, Bread Sticks, & A Pop. We asked could we be compensated or pay half for the Pizza. Considering we already waited the whole break for the food. The manager was rude, the lady answering the phone wasnt no help either. We been going to this location since they opened and we never will go again. I hope they dont try to resale that Pizza that they took back. Very unprofessional and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

I was very skeptical to Order the Lasagna! Thank Goodness I gave it a try!! Im now hooked. Cant wait to try other items on their menu. Also very polite & friendly. God bless them all! **notice how the food left me all happy & in a good mood to leave a cheesy review. Deliciously Cheesy like that Lasagna! ☺️

I ordered a delivery and when my pizza got here it looked like my pizza fell because everything was on one side of the pizza... then when I asked for a pop for the inconvenience the guy told me no and to make sure I dont eat the pizza so I can get another one.... not got service

The best food. Family owned and operated. I travel all the way from wyandotte and its worth it!! Pizza and chicken is fresh, hot and delicious. Service is fast and always nice conversation with employees. My company always wants 7Star for our parties and meetings.

Absolutely great pizza and Im happy I can have meat options that are halal. I dont consume any pork products. Ive ordered both pick up and delivery. The online app is nice as well. Ive always encountered great service as well.
