Being from California Ive had some of the best mexican food in the country. This place is different. Different not in a bad way, but different in its own unusual unique way. Everything about this place just works and it works well. The food was beyond unbelievable. I had the steak quesadilla with house made bbq sauce that is to die for. I travel thru here frequently and will definitely be making a stop here again. Thanks Greg for the incredible service.

Unassuming location...food/atmosphere of this caliber arent typically found in a strip-mall location, but in their own free-standing building. Food was delicious. We walked in a bit before 5:30 on a Saturday with a party of 4 with no wait, walked right to a table. The food quality was again, unexpected for a place in a strip-mall. The BBQ Grilled Fajita Burrito was amazing!! Will definitely be returning to Chile Verde.

Great food, more authentic then other Mexican restaurants. Ordered a chimi with a choice of sevaral toppings and meats. The rice is similar to what I have had in Mexico, not too spicey and a little dry, and the refried beans were spicey, but not enough to burn your lips. I loved it. Chase it with their outstanding Margaritas, before and after and you have a serious meal!

This place is awesome. First off the space is not very large, so seating is at a premium. The food is good and spicy with a slow burn just the way I like it. The staff is amazing Amy the manager was just as busy as the servers on duty. Emma our server was attentive and very pleasant. I cannot wait to go back.

I had just stopped in to place a to-go order. I was pleasantly surprised by the greeting from the hostess and extremely prompt service by the server. I was even offered a complimentary fountain drink while I waited. And my order was ready in 10 minutes. New to the area but will totally be back again

We ate there last night and the service was great and the food was delicious. This place and the one on Sawmill are 2 of my favorite places to eat. I am gluten free and they are happy to give me what I need and they have relatives that also eat gluten free. The food is fresh and tasty.

This place is amazing!! My husband and I are from New Mexico and the food is almost the exact same. It was just like home again even the decor was like we where in Albuquerque. I recommend the Chile relleno and the tamales with some sopas there so good!!!

First time visit to this restaurant, and it was awesome! They offered up a sampler platter tat contained many of their meats, and sauces to help you decide what you might want. Price was reasonable, and food quality was good. I will be going back!

I have never been disappointed with anything here. The food is fantastic, and the service is great. The serving sizes are huge for the price, and they really are one of the best places to eat around Polaris.
