Spent 51 dollars on food for the family- while waiting for our food went to use the restroom, where I witnessed an employee with an apron and name tag that read "Leo" exit the stall after using the restroom and proceed directly to the kitchen without washing his hands- our food went in the trash and we left. We love Panera and eat at them regularly - great healthy food- I can tell you that we will never be back to patronize this location. I will be making a call to the Franklin County Board of health to file a report- totally dissatisfied, and unacceptable.

Poor customer service. I ordered and paid for a soufle w other food, which they were supposed to give to me before we left the counter. When the soufle didnt come out with other food, went back to counter to get and they were sold out. They did not offer to comp me or any other solutions, the manager asked me what I wanted instead-so I asked for a cookie, which was still cheaper than what we originally paid for. So in the end we were still out $1-2. Terrible customer service, and appeared to be run by high school kids.

I have been to this Panera location at least a half a dozen times. I have never been impressed with the customer service as it is not nearly as good as other locations, like Westerville. Both times I have used the drive thru I was missing the bagel I ordered. In a following visit I told the clerk that I had not received this item on two previous visits and although he appologized he did not offer to replace the missing items. I thought that was poor customer service. Very disappointed in this locations service.

They were out of 3 different items that we tried to order. (And heard them tell another person they were out of something else). I stood at the counter and watched them fill multiple orders that came in after us. Lots of apologies given but no discount or incentive to ever come back. And the to-go order that we waited for was sloppily thrown together. Both restrooms were running out of toilet paper. I was so disappointed. Weve been traveling and hoped to find a Panera only to have this experience.

Ordered 15 bread bowls off of Christa 4 days before Xmas party. Arrived to pick up order and was short 9 bread bowls. I have enough time to give this one star review while I wait for the manager to go to the Delaware store to get my other 9 bread bowls. Another note. I was traveling from Indiana to spend time with my family and Im here sitting in my car just typing away. Stay away! They all looked confused.

Every time Ive tried to go here over the past year theyve had a reason why I cant get what I want. No bagel Packs in the drive-through no variety packs on scones or muffins offered even though its on Panetas menu and pretty much any group buying not allowed. I give up trying to give them business.

Love Panera in general. This particular restaurant rarely has the bread loaves I like and has messed up my order a time or 2. They have always corrected things by adding credit to my Panera rewards. Love that Panera has soy-free, dairy-free breads.

Poor service! I came in at 8:30..their hours say they are open until 9 and the young lady behind the counter, while eating food, looks at me and says they are closed when the hours on their door say they close at 9. Very disappointed.

Slow is understandable when its busy. However, on my visit today I counted 14 people behind the counter and 6 people in the lobby. It took over 15 minutes for my order to be filled and then it was wrong. No patience for it today.

Lots of room to sit inside and outside. Near shopping mall. Actually quiet for being near the busy road. Great restaurants near by. Safer cause its hard to walk to from other side of road. Clean.
