I usually never post on these because I know how hard it is to work in food. But I ordered a modern kale and quinoa Greek salad and all it ended having was lettuce olives and a quarter of the quinoa it should have. No tomato sofrito at all. I brought it to the front with the manager and she said it was probably all at the bottom, but no. Its like they didnt want to correct their order. Panera thrives on their 100% accuracy for all orders, and every single person in my group had errors to the food they got. I understand its stressful but this is one of the most expensive items on the menu, I understand mistakes but the craft of the salad was so haphazard, again mistakes are okay as long as you fix them. At my panera there are absolutely no questions asked when I customer confronts an issue that we have presented them, and I was not greeted with that type of response. All Im saying is standards are high for this chain, please uphold to the high quality of the food and service for future customers/large groups.

Currently I am in the restaurant now. My Father and I were the only customers in line. We had to wait three minutes while the manager and the workers discussed their up coming schedule. Then everyone, including the manager walked away from us as we were standing in front of the cash register. This place is also so dirty. Crumbs are at every table and only five tables are currently occupied in the main area. Everyone should be motivated to keep this place clean and take pride in their work. Too bad the manager appears to be worthless and lazy.

Im a big fan of Panera but had a bad experience at this location. My husband and I waited over 30 minutes after ordering for our food -- and that doesnt include the 15 minutes we spent waiting in line. To top it off, they were out of baguettes--and they didnt give me something to replace the baguette I ordered. Also, the past three times I have been there, they have not accepted the MyPanera card. In the future, I will drive to the Panera on East Broad Street instead, even though this one is within walking distance of my house.

As a company Panera Bread is great. The Pickerington location however seems to not care about customer service as much. After spending over $20 on food, I asked for a larger cup for water. I was given the little shot glass they give you for water and - even after making it an issue - was still denied by the manager for a simple larger cup. This location seems to lack in the common sense department when it comes to good customer service. Pretty annoying and I wont be eating at this location again.

Saw some bad reviews but closest to home of woman I was taking to lunch who wanted soup and I love Panera soups. We had a great experience. Staff was quick, friendly and accurate in our order. Cashier advised me that they are one of the few Panera stores that still offer refills on the iced green tea I ordered. Wonderful. Quick response to request for box for leftovers. Manager asked about our experience. Either a new manager now or just kicking their game up many notches. I would return.

Ordered online, stood in line for 20mins while one employee worked the register. When another register opened, it was to check out another employee out. About 8 of us in line and 2 people come in from another door and walk right up to the new register without paying any mind to those of us who were waiting. Finally get to the counter to pick up our food and I see a loose slice of bread in the bag... The lady at the register said that its the closest thing to a baguette...

Panera food can be good. However I keep running into the problem of them being out of food. They had no broth bowls, were out of french onion soup, chili, and even baguettes! I kept having to go down the menu. The tables and floors were filthy. Im never a huge fan of that. For the price, thats unacceptable as is having to clean up your plates.

Ordered a nice sounding breakfast online for delivery. Order showed up late and was missing two thirds of my items. The driver went back to Panera and ten minutes later we got a call saying our order wouldnt be ready for another 20 minutes plus driving time. Id already been waiting close to an hour by that point.

Staff seemed courteous. Bathrooms terrible and not very clean. I have a very special diet and was only able to eat fruit. There is no food for a very low sodium diet. My husband enjoyed his food and dessert. Tables and restaurant not very clean either. I give it low marks and wouldnt want to return

Getting stale, employees are no longer enthusiastic. Soda machine needs replacing. Sandwiches are getting thinner and prices are getting obserd. Selections and Salad or sandwich options are much fewer then years prior. Tables and booths still hogged by 1 customer on a Laptop Sipping coffee.

I think its really annoying that online it says they close @9 I walk in and they said they closed @8:30. I asked them why it says it different online they told me "oh sometimes its says different." You need to change to times especially if someone comes in at 8:30 and gets denied service.

Good Panera location. Tends to be very busy but the staff moves fairly fast...which is sometimes not a good thing. However, I LOVE the rapid pick-up option!! The food is always ready on time and you skip the line, the wait, etc. You pick up your food and go! Quick and easy!

Ordered 2 egg and cheese sandwiches on a cinnamon crunch bagel and I got bacon on both. I dont eat bacon. Since I was already at work I didnt have time to return. So I called and they were more than happy to write my name down to replace the sandwiches on my next visit.

All the dishes for the group had drastically uneven temperature distribution make the meals quite awful. Normally quite a fan of the Panera chain but every part of the experience at this restaurant was pretty poor

I purchased a pecan twist and took it home. There was one - yes - one pecan on my twist. How disappointing. When I first started eating at Panera, there were at least 4 - 5 pecans on top. :-(

Fix your business hours on your local listing. I drove all the way there assuming it would be open at 8 on a Sunday just to find my hankering for a bread bowl would not be satisfied.

They werent very accommodating. I wasnt sure what the ingredients were for a soup and the lady wasnt very nice in telling me what the ingredients were. I kept in getting an attitude.
