Today I ordered lunch for my employees from Bistro Pizza because it has been one of my favorite pizza restaurants. However, after today it is not. I sent one of my employees to pick it up downtown and when she returned with the pizza we realized we did not get what we ordered. We asked for half with onions and the other half without, however they put onion on all of it. In addition to that, part of the pizza had burnt crust. I would normally just take off the ingredient but since the crust was burned I decided to call them. The girl that answered the phone said Im sorry,but I dont recall her saying onions on half of the pizza. She told me they would fix another one but we would have to pick it up. I said ok. When I got there I showed her the pizza with the burnt crust (and I mean it had partially black edges) and the cook looked over at it and said you must like your pizza undercooked! I couldnt believe he was saying that. I told him no, I just dont like it burnt! I said, wow, I cant believe you are saying this to your customer. He then said something to the effect that maybe this was my 1st time in there. I said no, Ive been here many times, however this may be my last. He said nothing. Finally, the girl said she apologized, but it was not heartfelt. It is too bad because their pizza is really good, however bad customer service will put you out of business in no time.

Stopped in for early dinner Nice little place. I had the Stromboli...it was delicious. Reasonable prices, and a full bar next door. Another trip, another experience: Very busy night, but the food was good! We watched 2 birthdays be celebrated with a accordion and singing. All the tables were taken when we arrived, and after waiting for a few minutes they went and GOT us a table and chairs and made a place for us. This showed me they care about their customers and their experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I went in on my lunch break today. And ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza and a small salad. When I got to work I had 2 slices of overly greasy pizza and a salad that was not good by any means. The crust was so soggy and thin my pizza fell apart and I could not even finish my lunch. I was wondering why I paid 9.00 for a 2.45$ pizza and a 3.25$ salad now I know its because he charged me for both slices when I only ordered one and could by even eat the one I had I will never go back.

The servers there are amazing! They remember me and my family and everytime we get a cannoli they remember my son loves cherries on them. My son says hi to the older pizza man everytime. This is by far my favorite pizza place here. Not to mention the food is AMAZING! The toppings are fresh and tasty, the pizza is thin and crispy. Its awesome. I will continue to come until I move from Winter Haven!!
