We have been really wanting to try this place as we bike past it all the time. The pizza was okay. Anyone who gives this pizza raving reviews has no idea what good pizza tastes like. They got the order wrong but these things happen. Sauce was not bad had some flavor but the crust definitely takes that away. We got fresh mozzarella and there were slices that didnt even have cheese on them really. Overall a very disappointing pizza. The large is fairly small compared to competition and the quality just does not make up for it like wed hoped when we saw the size. We also got these garlic bread triangles at $1 a piece. They are basically flatter Crazy Bread with a seasoning on top. Seriously I feel like they are an exact copy of the dough and baking temps used at Little Ceasers. It was a flash back to college days. They are also not baked fresh and this is overwhelmingly obvious. We ate them in the car on the drive home and they were room temperature at best. Overall if the price matched the quality I would have no problem returning. But honestly I feel like it would be a waste of money to give them a second chance. We will be sticking with our usual place that is a bit further of a drive.

Some reviewers love to bash this place. Yes, it can be very busy and Im sure stupid things happen. Yes, it seems like its mostly run by high school kids. I cant comment on the whole menu. If youre expecting fine Italian pasta or awesome salads youre going to be disappointed. Oh no. This is a pizza joint. And what pizza! I only order the small deluxe. Real gooey cheese, chopped fresh green peppers, diced red onion, fresh mushrooms, zesty pepperoni and big hunks of savory Italian sausage. Its gonna be a greasy and messy but oh-my-goodness...the flavor! If you want take out, do yourself a favor and order the take and bake. That way you finish the last 8-10 minutes of baking in your own oven. Put it right on the rack and be sure to put some foil below it because its going to drip in the oven. It comes out piping hot and perfect...not limp from the drive home. Enjoy.

A great local place to pick up delicious and authentic Pizza and Calzones. Its not terribly healthy, nor is it cheap, but the portions are big and whopping with cheese and toppings. Youd be hard-pressed to find a better Pizza parlour within the Mayfield Heights area, as their crust is phenomenal and the toppings are always fresh and satisfying. Even the salads are amazing-- a large is enough to feed at least two people and they are whopping with fresh greens and a huge medley of cheese and meat. Not exactly healthy by any means, but certainly a treat for the tastebuds.

Weve been coming here for 20 years since before having kids and now we bring our three kids here. Dont let the older building misguide you. The pizza is great and the cheese they use is outstanding. They are probably most known for the house salad which has an enormous amount of provolone cheese and one unique pepperoni on top. Calzones are good as well as the pasta. Today I had the BLT avocado salad which was superb.

Its cozy inside, and probably not for you if youre looking to trim calories, but this little place is one of the best around. Friendly service, delicious eggplant parmesan, OUTSTANDING house dressing for the salads...we come alone, or with our kids, and we are never disappointed. Try the pizza or the dinners, its all good. Reasonable as far as price, too. Be forwarned-- parking is a bit tricky. But its worth it!!

I grew up in the area and came here often with my family as a child. I just moved back here after being away for 12 years and this is the first place I went with my family. The food was just as great as we remembered. I had the calzone named The Gamby and it was great! Prices are more than fair and the service was perfect. The rest of my family loved their food also.

Waited 2+ hours for a calzone and a small pizza. Other people got their food before us but were seated 20 min after we were. Food is greasy and tastless. Small uncomfortable seating. Poor parking arrangements. Nasty employees. Not recommended. If anything, order take out! Edit: they "misplaced our food" and took it off the bill...

We have been coming here for 20 years. The pizza is always delicious, as are the salads and subs. It can be busy and service can get slow, but still worth it. Seating is tight and booths are narrow if you are a bigger person. Not great for large groups, but for a small family meal, work lunch, or date night its perfect.

Although I would still rather go to the original Pizzazz on SOM Center, this one is pretty good too. Their menus are almost identical and the pizza and chicken salad here are unbeatable (for pizza go for the BBQ chicken which is made with marinera and BBQ sauce, onions, and chicken on it; for an extra kick add bacon).

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A PIZZERIA!!!!! THE OWNER IS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND THE SERVICE WAS LESS THAN MEDIOCRE.THE DRIVER LEFT FOOD ON AN EMPTY TABLE OF A BUSINESS AND WALKED AWAY. I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE FOOD FROM THIS COMPANY. NEW STAFF AND MANAGEMENT IS GREATLY NEEDED.

Very good pepperoni and cheese calzone, but only average pizza. Was disappointed in the very slow service at lunch and "napkin-stinginess" - I had to ask for extra napkins three times for my kids (initially we were only brought 2 napkins for the four of us).

Grilled chicken is the best I have ever tasted. The chicken parmigiana is served in a hearty portion with pasta and salad. Definitely worth the price and is a good value.

Definitely not worth the price!! Wings over cooked, undersized large flavorless pizza, mediocre service, filthy restaurant, and a stinky restroom...and a $35 bill!

One of the best places to eat in Cleveland. They make great simple Italian food.
