Just made my first trip there this afternoon. I drove quite a bit because we dont have a decent burger place near me. I was happily surprised with this place. Staff was professional and friendly and the burger was to die for. I ordered the California Burger and it was excellent. The only problem I had with it was my bun was soggy, but that is not the fault of the restaurant. The burger has salsa on it and I got a to go order, so by the time I got home it was soggy, which is definitely my own fault. If youre in the area and looking for a good burger or just wanting to try something new, you should definitely check these guys out. Ill definitely be back!

Visited here on a Tuesday evening and it was pretty quiet, which was nice. They have a lot of casual seating, mostly bar height tables, and a nice outdoor area at the back. The staff were really nice and friendly, and the food was fresh. We ordered two single patty burgers, with fries and split a vanilla bean shake. Everything was great! Medium prices Id say. One thing of note - because of the open kitchen style, there is a lot of oil in the air that settles on the tables. Its a bit like Red Robin. They probably need a more effective extraction system over the hotplate.

Was excellent me and my girl came here we loved it food was very good service was awesome I had build your own burger and she had shroom burger both were very amazing. The French fries too OMG how awesome and amazing they were would recommend to check this place out if you never been here you wont be disappointed. Im definitely coming back very soon thanks Burger fresh you guys rock!!!!!!!

Really good burgers and fries. A little overpriced for what it is- a small spoonful of guacamole was $2 extra, but I think it is definitely a good place to check out. The food is definitely greasy so if you are trying to eat healthy it may not be the best but it tastes good and its fun to be able to pick all your specific preferences for the burger in an orderly chipotle-like manner.

The burgers are pretty good but the fries need work. Theyre soggy and really not very good tasting. Also if you order cheddar fries expect a basket of fries with shredded cheddar half melted on top. They should use a soft cheddar like Merkts and let you dip the fries not cover it in grocery store shredded cheese. The shakes were alright too.

I love the burgers and like being able to choose from a really broad range of toppings and buns. Its not as fast as Mcburgers but faster than some sit down burger places (like 5guys) with much higher quality meat & a big range of healthy toppings!! I wouldve given Burger Fresh 5 stars but the dining room lacks ambiance. :-D

Food was excellent but the staff was operating at trainee speed. Took 40 minutes of my lunch hour for me to get through the line. I had less than 10 minutes to eat and get back to work. The people making the food also got confused where 1 order stopped and the next started. Do yourself a favor and call in the order.

Excellent burger and fun atmosphere! I ordered a shroom burger and my wife picked up the standard burger and dressed it up with cucumbers, chipotle mayo, and some arugula greens . However, the avocado was a bit overpriced, $2 for a very, small portion. I will definitely go again!

This place is a little pricey for hamburgers, but it was really good food though. I got a double bacon cheeseburger and I couldnt finish it! The fries are pretty good and the options they give you for toppings is awesome! I will definitely be back there!

They make a really good burger right in front of you (e.g. Subway). I havent had the veggie burger, but the salmon burger was excellent. Can be a little slow since theyre making each burger one by one in front of you.

They place is good and the food tastes like any other burger place its aight. But some of the options for it and the low amount of time it was cooked combine for a bad feeling later. Currently feel sick lol

These burgers are so juicy and the shakes are thick and delicious. Highly recommend check them out. I wish they would open some locations in the canton/Akron location soon so I can enjoy them more often.

Always amazing burgers. Fast casual restaurant. Set up sort of like subway, you pick a burger type and can then pick everything on the burger. I highly recommend. Probably the best burger in Solon.

Nice, local alternative to a fresh burgers type joint. Burgers are good, the fries are more thin and crispy than those at Five Guys. Service has been good and the burgers are made quickly.
