This LOCATION deserves no stars. It was my second time going to this location. The first trip was not great but did not Think much of it at that time. But it was a bad experience again today and truly Disappointing service!! Never coming back to this location. After waiting for 45 minutes, waited again for another 30 minutes on the table and the server never came to check if we needed anything. I asked for whole grain toast instead of English muffin but she did not pay attention. Then the food was served by another server who never got us the syrup. I asked someone else for the syrup but she never came back. Meanwhile our server never showed up even though she was extremely busy chatting with other customers. After my son finished one pancake, I got up from the chair and asked another server for syrup. Who serves pancakes without the syrup??? And then even with reminders, no one cares to bring it in. After we were done eating the junk, finally our original server showed up and asked if we needed anything. Really!!! Now she comes. But Wait!!!! The best part is coming now. While paying, when I wrote on my receipt, "disappointing service" for table 3, the cashier got upset, did not care, snatched the receipt from me and moved on. She did not even have the courtesy to ask me about my experience or even apologize. It is a big deal that the customer is writing something on the receipt. Since there is no dearth of good breakfast restaurants around Solon, I Will not be coming back to this location EVER!! I would rather cook at home. NEVER GIVING THEM ANY BUSINESS AGAIN.

What a sweet place. My friend brought me here on the way to a wedding and it was a great choice for a low-key but not boring/unhealthy brunch. We were seated immediately and looked over the menu. Pretty extensive, with lots of healthy choices, as well as options for vegetarians. Not too pricy, either. I got a salad. It wasnt the hugest portion ever, but it wasnt tiny. I wish it had been bigger, though, and served with the bread that the menu said it came with. Our waiter had disappeared so I couldnt ask for the bread, but when he returned and I asked, he did bring it out. Unfortunately, it was this measly little piece that was pre-buttered (I wouldnt have put butter on). The salad had lots of things on it--chicken, avocado, nuts. Each ingredient was good, but a little sparse. We had plenty of water (a pitcher at our table). All four of us left satisfied. There were chocolatey hard candy mints on the way out. Always a treat! This places is restaurant-meets-fast-food. Theres something about it that feels very impersonal, but at the same time, it felt SO much better than, say, Wendys or Burger King.

This is a nice and clean location. They usually bring a large jug of water so you can freely fill up yourself, as well as a huge Spout of fresh coffee to refill as needed. I usually go with the traditional breakfast. There are good looking dishes and salads, but I think you need to order the right thing for a good pick outside of standard breakfast fare. There are fresh juice drinks which are pretty good, but Ive only tried maybe one of them..sometimes the servers and hosts seem a little disjointed. Its difficult to grade breakfast spots that ARENT greasy spoons or diners in my opinion. Nevertheless, it is a "healthier" breakfast spot in comparison to a greasy spoon. When I have time to lounge a bit and enjoy a drawn out breakfast or brunch, its a good option. Higher prices than a greasy spoon as well.

This restaurant should be shut down! I went there last Friday for a lunch, I ordered a sandwich called Ham & Gruyere Melt, and I got food poisoning! I ate there around 1 PM Friday Jaunary 6th 2017 and I have been having very serious diarrhea since 6 PM that day! 4 days already and I am not improving! I went to see my doctor today and he confirmed that I did have food poisoning! I am not sure whether I can survive this or not. I am going to follow up with my doctor in 3 days if I am not improving. This restaurant is selling poisonous food and needs to be shut down! it is killing me!

Ridiculous wait time just for pick up. Not very descriptive with food sizing. expensive and not worth the price. If you want to waste your money on a ridiculous (small) portion of food, then go here. Their pick 2 menu, for the salad is literally 6 small bits (salad is very dry as well) and their soup is literally 5 kiddie spoon and thats all you get and they lie to you and tell you the soup is 6oz more like 2oz. Never going there again. Panera Bread is a better alternative.

Called in my order and was told it would take 10 minutes and was rushed off the phone ... 20 minute later I was still waiting... I was greeted by a friendly staff member who went to check on my order... then another staff member came up and appeared to be nice but you could tell she really forcing it.. the food was alright but a little overpriced for the portions that u receive...Besides the one staff who was obviously forcing a smile everyone else seemed natural and nice...

The service for seating is ridiculous. They seat you in order, which is fine. But if the next group is 8 people, they will leave 4 or 5 booths empty waiting for a table that will fit 8. There is no way 8 people will fit in a booth, so why dont they seat the next (smaller) group in line?

Always a great experience. Frequent here often with my brother and coworkers. Nice vibe, excellent food, and crazy good customer service. Always friendly smiling faces, and very helpful. My new favorite breakfast spot

The food wasnt up my alley. The service was great, however. They noticed I didnt care for my food, offered me something else and I declined. At the end of my visit they refunded part of my check.

I think its an absolutely different & healthy way of eating! And you should be full thereafter! The cost doesnt matter if you receive a good sense of feeling!

First Watch is a decent small chain for solid breakfast offerings. Two steps up from Dennys or Pancake House but not something to write home about.

Great food and service. The Floridian toast and summer strawberry splash were sweet, but really good.
