This bar is located in Cleveland and they have an awesome selection of alcohol and food. They also have indoor and outdoor space for eating and drinking. The drink prices are slightly higher than usual but hey someones got to pay the rent and with the service you get its worth it. This bar caters to a wide range of clientele. You will find people of all ages and genders here, although I think it appeals to a 25 and up crowd. Service is always quick and fast with a smile. I definitely recommend this place.

Characters is an excellent bar with seating for everyone! The bar is well stocked with a nice variety of different beers and liquors. The food is very enjoyable, and can be enjoyed from the bar, the tables, or even the outside area. The outside area is an enclosed area where smokers and non-smokers alike can enjoy some fresh air while being kept out of the wind. I believe it is also heated. The bar overall is a fantastic place with kind bartenders and an overall good vibe.

Normally would leave a good review butttt when I stopped here to get some wings to go to find out Im short two wings of my $9 dozen and got only one sauce on the side (I order mine plain). Also asked the barmaid for another sauce and was told she was gonna charge me extra, after I tipped her $3 just for walking to the kitchen, didnt order a drink or anything...not very good for customer service considering I have family and friends that come there often.

Happy hour beers are too high @ 2.25 a beer. Places around are 2.00 and Im not paying .65 a wing while others are .40 to. .45 cents a wing. Staff is good. But they are a little bit pricey there. They need to scope the area to see what other bars are charging. Inside looks too dank. Bathrooms are bad,both. Sorry will not come back.

In my opinion this place is a horror show full of nothing but gross bikers and dumb jocks these are the over the hill Parma and Cleveland crowd of smokers and drunks from the 1970s and 1980s the people are haggard and their faces look dried up from a life time of non stop partys and chain smoking. It is a typical Parma dump bar!

It was my first time in here and the service was mediocre . I paid a $1.25 extra for celery that I never received on a to go order for my "buffalo" wings - theyre just rolled in crushed peppers . I didnt bother wasting my gas trying to get the refund for something I never received since it was a pain to even get service .

HUGE bar with great liquor selections , beer, and tasty speciality shots! (Oreo pudding, anyone? ❤️) Tasty Friday fish fry , and a great selection of homemade sauces. The ladies here are also courteous and friendly! Great service! Definitely visiting again next time Im in Cleveland.

This is an old neighborhood spot. Has done a great business here for longer than I can remember. Fast service, low prices, friendly place with welcoming staff. Nice menu with some home made options. Comfortable surroundings and big selection at the bar. Close to 480 exits.
