If you are in the Akron area, come out to Cheers on the Barberton-Norton border. This is your classic neighborhood bar, but with great pub food, a fun vibe, billiards tables, fun local folks and more. They have music in the form of DJs and local bands year-round. In the summertime, they have a great patio in the back with its own bar. Come enjoy a beverage and some music inside or under the stars. Ill probably see you there...

Poor attitude of owner. Was rude and beligurent to 3 armed forces veterans when we visited. NO HANDICAPPED ACCESS. When my veteran questioned that detail. The owner became combative. We left after 30 minutes told him we will find a better customer oriented bar. He said quote " I dont care I already got your $. I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE.

I would give them negative stars if I could... Actually, I have never been here but I wont ever go here because they kicked a friend of mine out BECAUSE OF his service dog. That is just sh*tty, no matter how you spin it. Service dog...really?

There for lunch a couple times. Good food- not fancy but good amount of choices for reasonable $. Friendly staff. Not busy at all at lunch time.
