Soooooooooo..... the first time we came here it was spur of the moment. It was evening time and we dismissed the horrible service as everyone might be tired. So we decided to try again on a Sunday afternoon. Our waitress NEVER introduced herself, she behaved as if she hated her job. So per the usual we didnt take it personal and assumed maybe shes having a bad day. Until a white family was seated directly behind us. Dont you know we saw our waitress smile and be friendly for the first time since we arrived A HOUR PRIOR (still without having our food order taken by the way). So we tell her were ready to place our order, cause you know, she clearly forgot about us right? Well her smile completely disappeared while taking our order, which was very confusing for us considering we JUST saw her being so warm and friendly to the other customers. Needless to say the entire time we were there we were COMPLETELY ignored by our waitress!! Like she checked on the family in the booth DIRECTLY behind us often, and then walk off. We finish our meal and THIRTY minutes go by without her clearing away the dishes, saying anything to us, or even giving us our check. I asked another waitress if we can have our check and she informed us shed have to ask our waitress. She brought us the check and simply dropped it on the table and walked off. Thats TWO horrible experiences in a row at this place. I didnt realize that to receive friendly service here one had to be white.

Six of us went on Saturday, April 1st, around 4:15 before an event downtown. It was our first visit, and all of us were happy with our food and drinks, and were happy with our choice of eatery. Everything on the menu looked wonderful, and Id love to make this a regular place so I can sample more delicious-looking fare, and everyone else said theyd like to come back again, as well. While our drinks and appetizer came quickly, the food took quite a long time for some reason, which was odd, as there wasnt anyone else there to speak of. Glad we planned plenty of time for eating into our schedule. By the time we left, the place had filled up, and people seemed to have their food. Also, the wedding soup that I ordered as an appetizer was very good, and I ordered a bowl rather than a cup because I had a slight cold and thought that some steamy soup would be good for my sinuses, but unfortunately, it came lukewarm. If I order it again, Ill be sure to tell them that I want it hot. They do have my favorite on the menu...sweet potato fries!

I called to make a reservation on a Tuesday for a Thursday 5:30 reservation on the back patio. When we arrived the waitress was rude told us that we could not sit there but we were welcome to sit in the restaurant or front patio. Its July and 95 degrees with the sun beating on us- I was not happy. They just did not care. This was for my daughters 19th birthday. I wanted to speak to the manager and he or she would not come out of the office to talk with me. I find this completely unprofessional. Reservations are made for this precise reason. After waiting 10 minutes and the manager not coming to talk with me, our party left - never to return again. Too bad we frequented there at least once a month. Service is as important as the food.

January 17, 2012 I was in for the treat of my LIFE. I will be 40 (3-23-1972) and I am telling you. THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I went and had the fried calamari (was not impressed, it was bland and the sauce was the same). The caesar saled was fantastic, the service was super fantastic but the pizza was the hook, line and sinker. It came to about 42 dollars but it was well worth it. I will be going back again and again and again. This hidden secret taste bud extravaganza was right in my backyard but I never heard of them till now. We had a party of 7 and all of us were first time visitors. Everyone enjoyed the food and the great selection of whisky. From Pizza, Fish n Chips, Short rib pasta, Steak, Burger and soup the whole spectrum of food was REALLY REALLY good. The fries here are the some of the best ive had. My wife and I are avid foodies and we have been to some of the top places in Cleveland and this place will be on our frequently visited and recommended places. Cant say enough good about the cooks, service, food, menu, and bar! See for yourself and youll love it.

I contacted the restaurant a couple of days before we were to come and made reservations for 10-20. I believe Greg set it up for me, however when we arrived on 01/10/2016 our party had swollen to at least three times those numbers. We were taken care of very well, even with the increased number of people. That does not include the food and the variety which for a large crowd we certainly tasted, it proved to be very nice. Beach Club Bistro is a great restaurant for Euclid. My wife and I have eaten there many many times. The food never disappoints—pizzas are wonderful, fish fry is the best in town and available every day, the hamburger is great. The beer and wine selection are in the top tier in Cleveland. Greg and his staff do a wonderful job. A summer evening on the patio is really nice.

The pizza is truly excellent, no doubt the best in Northeast Ohio. The service is less than adequate. One female server in particular whom we have been burdened with on each visit is excrutiatingly slow and not personable enough to offset her lack of attention to her job. We do go back for the pizza, but only the pizza.

BEST PIZZA IN EUCLID OHIO, love the mashed potato pizza (The Circleshore), and their Utopia Club pizza! The horseradish potato crusted salmon was a pleasant surprise, and I enjoyed their bread pudding! Mixed drinks were OK.

Im personally not a fan of the fanciness and odd/specific food choices they have, but I got a simple burger and it was pretty darn tooting good. Its not very comfortable/large either, but thats the price you pay for fancy.

Very good food at an exceptionally reasonable price. Love to come here for lunch when Im working from the office. Their $12 for two, salads, drinks, and pizza cant be beat!
