This is THEE slowest Chipotle I have ever been too. Ive gone on three separate occasions at different times to see if maybe the "lunch rush" had anything to do with it. No. It doesnt matter if you go right when it opens, late afternoon, early evening, late evening you will wait at the very least 25 MINUTES in line. The workers have NO SENSE of urgency. They converse with each other without preparing food at the same time. The rice was over cooked the last time I went. Theres a wait on any food item at any giving time. Last time I went I had to wait for chorizo because what they had in the pan was old and dry The only reason why I gave it one star is because; the workers are friendly. Thats it. If you live in the Euclid area drive the extra 2 miles and go to Willoughby.

If you know that you all that continuously busy... Why dont you ever prepare enough food? One day... No chicken... Another day...no peppers. The management needs to be changed. I was so excited to have a Chipotle in my area but so far i am disappointed with the piss poor quality of service. No one is ever heald responsible. Theres no reason a person must wait in line for 30minutes. The manager needs to quit hiding in the back and start delegating. Quit hiring kids and calling them management!!!!

Its usually pretty good for pickup but tonight Im experiencing what others are speaking of when they come here. I ordered my food at 8 for a 9:30 pick up. There waiting for chicken so I changed the one bowl to chorizo hoping it would be faster. Its 9:48 and I just got my food. In the end they gave me chicken anyway. I never wait in line because youll be waiting 45 mins for your food sometimes. At least the lady gave me a credit for my next two bowls to be free.

I had a great experience tonight here. While waiting in line I decided to order online because I thought it would be quicker. I went to the counter and asked the worker for help. She was clearly very busy but that didnt stop her from helping me. She smiled the whole time. She wound up giving me my food for free, she said I was her nicest customer she had that day. Thank you Erin for such great customer service!!!!!!!

I ussually eat at the one in willoughby but always a bad experience long wait cold food ect but this one is the opisite there was no line the food was hot amd stayed hot the was friendly and look like theu wanted me there not like i was an inconvience to them i will be returning to this location in the future

Parking is horrible. Not sure what they were thinking. Too bad for Payless Shoes and surrounding businesses. Not very well thought out. Lines have been awful and not traffic flow wasnt thought out well. Should have some experienced staff mixed in with the new staff.

This place is always about 30-45 minutes wait, always dirty, and staff is rude. My last visit multiple employees had their asses hanging out, place was a mess, and the cashier laughed when I said they should be embarrassed at the sight of it.

I had an wonderful dining experience in the Euclid Lakeshore store this evening. The staff at this store are courteous and pleasant, and full of smiles. The staff is committee to fast quality service and the Manager Joe is the greatest!!!!!

Never the proper amounts of meat given. Changes from one day to the next. Also the chips are regularly undercooked often soggy or chewy. With that being said the bowls and burritos are always great just need some consistency.
