Everytime I come here I get a side of sour cream and mo gets salty when I eat it all. Its gucc tho because Austin tried sour cream and liked it. Austin used to not like sour cream and would get a crunchwrap supreme from taco bell with no sour cream and no tomatoes. That doesnt taste good. What were you thinking Austin? But anyway I came here and it was lit, it was me, Toby, jeris, austin, laith, and probably other shabab but i dont really remember and we were talking about phat teaz and how I eat it with a fork like groceries and jeris was losing his appetite because we were cussing so in order to ruin his appetite more so I could get his burrito I listed off some naughty words. It was funny but jeris didnt give me his burrito so I was salty. After that we all went home and played playstation and blew dank so that made up for it. The food here is never cooked btw and one time alaa put the pinto beans on like 7 burritos and it had like pork which is haram so they threw it away. I wouldve eaten it.

Loved this location until today. Made an online order even gave them an extra 10 minutes but was my food ever started when i got there? NOPE! Waited an extra 10 minutes with lots of attitude from the cashier. No apology and still charged full price. Thats fine. Got to my location to eat, they forgot my torts. So i drove back to get them. Again, attitude frok staff and the same cashier ignored me for 5 minutes. Asked to speak to a manager to speak of this issue amd he was kind but one of the employees came up to us and started arguing with me in front of staff, management and guests. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Never again!!!!

Ordered food online, when I gor there it was so packed I couldnt even get to the register once I finally got in I wait 3 minutes before the cashier even a knowledge me told. I told them I had an online order then I waited 20 minutes past the time it was supposed to be made to get my order. The people I was standing behind waiting to get in actually got there food and left before they even started making my order. I love chipotle but I will probably never go back to this one the Crocker park one is much cleaner and has fast service and is about the same distance from me.

I literally used to come here a minimum of 5 times a week for over 6 years. Not only did I love the food (#obvi), but the crew was great too! It was a fun place to eat. Since the latest change in management (and there have been many!) the portions are skimpy, the crew is all new and look bored and unhappy, and the quality is way down. My wife just had three big pieces of fatty chicken. Also no toilet paper on restroom! Came back for the first time in months today. I think Ill give it another few months before I try again.

i love chipotle. I usually go to the one in Avon. But i was closer to the north Olmsted one. I order online and got the burrito bowl and i asked for extra rice and beans. They didnt give it to me. The bowl was barley filled to the top. not a lot of lettuce either. I am going to stick with going to the Avon one instead. They fill the bowls and have faster service and they will put extra stuff in it if u ask.

This is one of the best Chipotle locations in the Cleveland area as far as speed and service is concerned (from my experience). I have been to many locations, and this location is always seems to be staffed properly, the workers are working, and theyre very efficient getting people in and out. Ive been at other locations with half the line and its taken longer.

Portions are always skimpy, even double meat. You can guarantee it wont be a full portion if you order online, learned my lesson there. Have been charged multiple times for things I didnt order, gave me a water cup instead of a drink cup when I paid for a drink.. always frustrated leaving here and I only come back because the food is good

I like this Chipotle location. Its very convenient and yet somehow, its rarely busy when I go. They are quick and efficient, with good indoor and outdoor seating options. Its nice to be able to go into a Chipotle without a line out of the door! Good food, as always.

Workers were so rude and had the biggest attitudes! Food was cold and not good. We called to complain and each time they said they will have a " talk with the crew members " and never did. Also refused to fix our food or give a discount

The line was out the door and they didnt care to speed up but keep talking. They dont care if customers leave because speedy service is not their concern. This is a combination of bad management and abuse of brand reputation.

GREAT FAST SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION. JUST TRIED THE NEW TOFU SOFRITA OPTION, IT IS AWESOME! GREAT FLAVOR AND TEXTURE. I RECOMMEND TRYING IT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CHOLESTEROL FREE, HIGH PROTEIN HEALTHY ALTERNATIVE.
