This was probably one of the worst experiences I have had. I never make reviews but this was absolutely terrible. We order online and had it delivered to us. It took them an hour to get here when we live about 5 mins away. We specified that we wanted them come to our back door they didnt. Then we find out that our order was wrong. I called them to try and fix it. They made it a huge hassle, I called and kept getting disconnected or something. Also they were saying since i already paid for it already they couldnt change the order. After saying how that was so unfair that by using a card and paying right then and having them mess up my order it wasnt my fault they finally said they could make a new one. After they were fixing it and said they would send it out they hung up. I wanted to ask a question before the call was over and they just hung up. The person I was on the phone with had an attitude too when I wasnt even being rude about the situation despite how highly upset i was. I called back and the person again had the biggest attitude. The worst experience ever. After a two hour wait. My replacement pizza came and they STILL got my order wrong and tried to charge me! NEVER GO TO OR ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

I ordered from this pizza hut on a friday afternoon against my better judgement. I ordered 2 of the 10 dollar anything pizzas. My order was 30 minutes later than the time quoted, but I understood that they may have been busy. After tasting it, I noticed there was barely any cheese and the dough was very soft and undercooked, despite being a pan pizza that is supposed to have crispy crust. I placed a complaint online and finally received a reply email after 5 days. In the email the rep basically blamed me for ordering a "pan pizza" when I should have specified that I wanted a "thin crust" pizza. I have ordered the exact same pizza from Willoughby and have not had this problem. The rep then went on to tell me that she cant say exactly why the pizza was not good because this location is not a "corporate store" and she wasnt sure of what guidelines they followed. (What?!) She then went on to offer me a 10 dollar store credit that she would email me the code for. That was 3 months ago and I have not received a reply. I would never order from this location again.

I ordered a pizza on a Wed night and 30 minutes later I called after I was told Id only have to wait 30 mins for my pizza to arrive the woman didnt answer the 4x I called and when she did she put me on hold for 5 mins then I tell her I havent got my pizza and by this time 40mins have gone by, she says to wait 10 more mins the driver is close. I hang up wait 15 mins still no pizza I call back she says shell call and see where he is sorry taking so long. By the time I called again id waited an hour and a half for a pizza! I call and she says Im sorry next time Ill give you $5 off your pizza.... What made her think I was ever ordering again I dont know. Anyway after 2hrs finally my pizza arrives the guy is seemingly high out of his mind, I wouldve been angrier but my Yorkie peed on his shoes and he didnt seem to notice so I was satisfied. lol

This is the 5th time i have had problems mobile ordering with the store on 22455 shore center drive but only the second time ive reported it. This time i placed a order for the 11$ deal and added stuffed crust my total was $15.69 and a delivey time of 9:00 Later a very rube young lady called from the store asking for my order and debt card number after giving her all the information she asked for she gave me a total of $20 i explained to her that I ordered using the online deal and knew i had to pay the $2 extra for the stuffed crust and well as $2 for delivery but her only answer was that "Our store doesnt do that!" She was very rude and hung up the phone. Everytime i order using this store its some sort of problem.

Pleeeease go somewhere else smh originally ordered ONE pasta pan, the apple pies & a 2 liter...called me & said no apple pies but we will put it back on your card ok cool...this was an 1hr 1/2 before closing...5 minutes to close i call back because NOTHING had arrived & you damn shonuf aint about to not show up with cold food you been just riding around with! No we close at 11 but you still get your food have a good day...WHAT?! YALL MY FOOD NEVER ARRIVED & nobody even had the courtesy to call those waiting to give them the option of cancelling it!!! Just ordered food paid for it didnt get it...DONT GIVE THIS LOCATION YA BUSINESS or at least i wont again.

This is a very busy location, but I usually have a decent experience here. Today the associate who helped me was very courteous and professional. I received my order in a timely fashion and my pizza was hot and just as I ordered it. I am pleased with this location today. I only gave this location four stars because there have been some other days when the service was really slow or my order wasnt quite right . But that happens in any restaurant when you place an order using takeout . Sometimes mistakes are made. To err is human... However clearly it wasnt too major of an issue because I still visit this restaurant.

The family and I just ordered the summer big deal and it was excellent I have had previously bad experiences here but I love pizza hut so always try again ...today it was so fresh made the way we ordered and properly cooked so if u have a new manager or staff or who was ever working today 6/4/17 keep them around havent had pizza this good from this location In 4 years kudos pizza hut staff!!! I tried to call the store and thank them but got the call center were very happy that things seem to be taking a turn for good previous orders were under done n sloppy today was great they deserve recognition

Horrible smh car was down ordered at 1135 online Everything cleared even received confirmation they claim they called me to say they was not delivering anymore cause it was late although online it said they were! Long story short no one ever called me at all no missed calls or voicemail the person when I called about my missing order me and my hungry a** kids was waiting on seem to not give a damn said "we cancelled the order and we called nobody answered so.....smh terrible service and ghetto low paid workers Ill never order again went the whole night hungry

This store is terrible they took almost two hours to deliver my food ...then I called and was left on hold I had my wife call on her cell they hung up on her...I live about 5minutes away so I had to get out of bed to go get my food they forgot I have screenshots and video of how unprofessional they were its sad that a corporation let bad management loose customers
