I never have a good experience at this Taco Bell today was one of the worst I went in because the drive-thru was long and I know it takes forever for them to do that and I didnt want to be late to work so I went inside and the cashier started talking to a new cashier that was clockeing in and the two of them proceeded to talk about prom and that the one drink too much and her friend save her life by calling 911 cuz she drank too much. while I just stood there. The cashier asked me what I wanted to order I told her 3 times but the girl were talking and then the cashier was more interested in somebody in the parking lot waiting for the food to be brought out to them that she was paying attention to them and not to me when she finally did take my order since I took that took so long I still was late to work. I love Taco Bell but I dont know that Im ever coming back to this one Ive just moved out to Brunswick and January and I have never had a good experience there at their slow theyre rude and its Taco Bells should be fast food instead it takes anywhere from 15 minutes to 45 minutes to get taken care of

Used to be my favorite until after 6 trips of getting the same order wrong I stopped going, I will post pics here to show how they messed up Hey guys just wanted to check in I have ordered the same boss crunch wrap 5 times with out sour cream and Chipoltle guess what every time the either double the sour cream and sauce or get it wrong I have several receipts like this with a picture of the wrap and the receipt. I have spoken to the manager Ray I thin several times and he took my order today and guess what ir was wrong again. I called an Chris said and angry guy wants to talk to you he wont listen to me I told him it was not baja sauce it was chipoltle sauce. WOW WAY TO GO CHRIS insult the customer and think it is funny, Some one who has a short lunch time and can not drive back. This guy has done the same thing

I always come to taco bell on the late night shift my experience every time I come here at the same time has been excellent I have never had a problem with the late night shift but on the other hand when I come during the days always have a issue with the food and employees thats why I only come during late night cause I never have an issue with my food or with the employees I love the night shift Im always pleased with them and my food always taste great I suggest if you want excellent and great service that you should come to night shift but the one or two employees that stand out the most are Selena and Susanna chris and its not just me that agrees I have heard from multiple people that agree with me

Terrible service. I have been here on a number of occasions, and the wait in the drive-thru ranged from twelve to forty minutes! At Taco Bell?!! The girl at the window said they were understaffed. No, I cannot see a Taco Bell be constantly understaffed. It is poorly managed. The food was cold or barely warm, the hard shelled tacos were soggy with barely any filling. From what I could see through the drive-thru window, the floor and counter were littered with paper and filthy.

This is the worst taco bell store. They gave me the wrong order. I went to get the order replace with the right one they gave me my order all nasty like they dropped it and threw it in the bag. The quesadilla I order for my daughter was drenched in sauce. It was so nasty. I will never go there again. I complained and manager was rude and did nothing about it. Dont go to this taco bell God knows what they actually put into peoples food.

Staff is decent however after coming here several times I have lost all hope the food is always either undercooked or overcooked I always get rock hard chalupa shells or for sites that stick to the wrapper, I usually dont complain however its pretty bad, do yourself a favor and go to the Medina or Strongsville location

This is my citys only Taco Bell, so obviously I come her often. The cashier was extremely rude to my mother and so was the cook. I could literally hear them complaining through the speaker just because I changed my mind about my order. Poor attitude, good tacos. Lack of sour cream though..

This is one of the worse taco bells around this area. Do yourself a favor and head to Medinas or Strongsvilles. Seriously, terrible service & terrible food quality. Cant believe that they are allowed to run like that.

pissed. I paid THIRTY DOLLARS for me and friends as the designated driver and bought food for 5 people!!!! And they FORGOT my ENTIRE MEAL and gave THREE OTHER WRONG ITEMS. HORIBBLE SERVICE. RUINED MY SATURDAY NIGHT.
