Not sure whats up with Chipotle places around Cleveland but they seem to be either, or altogether, 1. slow with huge lines 2. food is not ready or they are out of some ingredient 3. not very clean. This place, unfortunately, has been no exception for about the 10 times I have checked in. I used to love Chipotle coming from Texas where I never experienced any of those problems. The food is good but hey Chipotle people, you really need to wake up and raise the bar in Cleveland on the service or well all end up staying home or going somewhere else.

I would never go there again!!!! I ordered online for pickup at 9:35. I get there and my order wasnt ready. After waiting for my order to be made. I basically received leftovers. I wanted a burrito w/ rice, extra chicken, fajitas vegetables, tomato salsa & lettuce. I got a bowl of rice, chicken & salsa. By the time I got home, they were closed. What a waste of money & time. Hope others dont make same mistake.

My favorite Chipotle, it is sometimes crowded but the portions are incredible, the meat well prepared, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Ive recently moved out of the area but whenever Im back in the heights Ill swing by and pick up a meal. The manager is very professional and several of the staff knew me and what I order. I only get Chipotle once a week, thats how good they are.

I work in Legacy Village. I was there at 11 AM when it was supposed to be open. People were inside doors were locked and they would not even come open doors, and the people were looking at me laughing. What low life morons. No wonder Chipotle is going under. I was just trying to get a bite to eat when I had to be to work. There are better places to eat in Legacy any ways.

Waiting in line for nearly 50 minutes is unacceptable. Especially when its because employees are casually chatting one another, holding up the line because the register stopped, holding up the line again because they were too busy talking when the register broke to get more lettuce, and now more cheese, oh wait get some change for the register now too...

When walking in, just a few people were standing line, then the swarm. Employees were either standing around talking or maybe dazed and confused. I had to wait for the brown rice, non made. No lettuce either. Really poor service. A lot of customers walking out because of employees confusion.
