Positives- the bread was good Negatives- my friend and I both ordered burgers, we both got about halfway through before we tasted an overwhelming amount of salt. Afterwards, we both felt sick and sluggish. I think they must use a lot of MSG in the burger meat; Ive never felt like this after eating at a restaurant like this. This was my first, and will be my last, visit to Longhorn Steakhouse. Went for lunch with a friend. I was told this is a good restaurant, but I hated it. Also, our server was very slow and never followed up with drink refills. I never got ketchup for my fries, and asked for bbq sauce for them. I had to remind the server so I could get that, and didnt get it until I was halfway done with my food. It was slow so I dont know why it took so long for everything.

Usually I have great service and food. However, tonight was the exception. It was our fault for coming in late. Our server brought a half loaf of bread to our table. That made me feel like someone had touched on the bread. Then she completely forgot the fries for our order. My steak was also cold. When I left about eight of the employees were by their cars smoking. This is not a great thing to let customers see. Disappointed with the service CEO and food tonight.

Very unsatisfied. Our server was rude to us. She never came to see how our food was. She walked past out table MULTIPLE times checking on her other tables. She finally said she would get me my ice water and walked away and didnt come back with it until we signed the receipt and was about to get up and leave. As we were walking out the hostess was yelling at the manager about not wanting to do bathroom checks. Very unprofessional.

Party of 3 waited 25 mins for a table i had to go ask about because groups went ahead of us time and time a again. No sympathy from the hostess. She rudely took us to a table then waited anither 10 and was never greeted. My fiancé and I had our first date here 10 months ago. Not near the same service. We will not be going back unfortunately due to unsympathetic and rude hostess!

No complaints from my most recent visit (Saturday approx 445pm). My first visit where a table was immediately available..over the last 4 years wait times normally quoted over 90 minutes & we havent eaten there until now due to that. We were seated right away & our waitress was amazing! They were very busy but we were well looked after & the food was very good for the most part.

Normally I love Longhorn but tonight I ended up bringing my asparagus home to finish cooking it, as they were crunchy and impossible to cut with butter knife. The blackend salmon was perfect. My friends ribs were sent back to finish cooking to her specs. She also complained that her mashed potatoes were overcooked and "crumbly". Sorry.

MY WIFE AND I WITH 4 KIDS FROM AGES OF 16 - 8 ALL LOVED IT WE COME HERE OFTEN AND IS ALWAYS GREAT .STEAKS ARE PERFECTLY DONE AND MY 9 YEAR OLD LIKES THEM AS I DO (MEDIUM) AND ALL THE FOOD WAS GREAT . THE SALAD AND BREAD IS TO DIE FOR. EXCELLENT ALL THE WAY AROUND.THE FRIES TO START WERE OFF THE CHARTS. DESSERT? YES THEY WERE GREAT.

Our server was great, but that was about it. The hostess was too busy answering the phone to seat people, I ordered a medium steak and got med. Rare. The biggest disappointment was dessert FOOD ALLERGY BEWARE our desserts had strawberry sauce all over them and not one mention of that in the description.

One of the worst dining experiences ive had to this day. Food was undercooked. I sent it back but they took 30 mins to bring me another plate as we were leaving. Left without eating it. And they still expected me to pay for food i never got served. Never will i visit this place again.

Went on a Thursday night and it was packed but I was seated within 15 minutes. The service was great and the food was excellent that night. Overall they handle the crowd of people very well on a week day night. Very impressed and pleased with my experience at LongHorn.

I was in town on business and this was close. I sat at the bar for dinner. Bartender was great. Meal was great. I dont have high hopes for the chain restaurants anymore...but my steak was great. Great food + great service = a good review.

Food was excellent, I had sirloin husband had salmon both meals were great! Calamari was so good, sauce yummy with a little kick. Waitress was very attentive but food took a little long to come out but they were busy. Definitely recommend.

Always Tasty! We usually spend around $100 for the two of us. This is not including alcoholic beverages. We do enjoy a appetizers and usually add a salad each. Its worth the cost for the Quality of the food and service you receive.

We had a party of 11, waited almost an hour to be seated. First day for server that they did not help and still dont know her name. ( Cause she never told us) All in all our experience was not pleasant at all.

people are calling ahead, they seat first; regardless when their schedule time. any walk in has to wait, and you will wait well over an hour. we are going to golden coral. same price, better service.

Took over an hour to get our food. 25 minutes after ordering, they came back and said they were out of the steaks we had ordered. The steaks were all under cooked when they finally did arrive.
