We have eatten there many times. Certain things are always hit or miss. The guacamole is always different. It seems to be related to who makes it I guess. Not sure. Tonight my enchiladas were cold in the middle. The cheese was not even melted. Still shredded. The attitude of the server and owner were inexcusable. They had an attitude because I didnt want to pay for something I took two bites from. The server NEVER came back to check on us, so I just had some of my hubbys fajitas. He came after we were done and asked if I wanted a to go box. When I said no and told him it was cold he offered to make another. At that point we were finished and I dont send food back. I dont trust what Ill get. I just wanted to not pay for something that wasnt cooked. Seems reasonable. I was not trying to get something for free! Instead of acknowledging their shortcomings, they acted as if I was the problem for wanting melted cheese instead of shredded cheese. They never even apologized, so I will not be returning. So sad. They had my business for a while but no more. I can have shredded cheese at home.

Service was terrible. Ordered margarita on rocks; server brought frozen margarita. Ordered ice water; server forgot and we had to ask again ten minutes into the chips and salsa; server took order, forgot she took it, came back ten minutes later and asked if we were ready to order. In the meantime she did not place the order. People in booth next to us, who arrived well after we did, got their food. Another ten minutes goes by and server returns to state that they were out of Al Pastor tacos. When I finally did get my two tacos, the barbocoa taco was smothered in a sauce that was extremely spicy and overpowered any of the other flavors. The pollo taco was flavorless. Table napkin holder empty--had to ask for extra napkins. My friends burrito was average at best. Bottom line very poor service and below average food add up to two stars at best. Margarita was good once they finally brought out the one that I ordered.

The only reason I am giving this restaurant one star is because of the people that come to eat out there. I had my 2 year old with me and occasionally he was loud but this old white couple sitting next to our booth kept on giving stare and almost at the end of our meal yelled shut up to my kid. I felt like slapping the hell out of those old white dudes seem like they never had kids of their own. Sorry will never go this restaurant again

If I could leave 0 star I would. I guess getting something that resembled what I ordered is worth 1 star. Worst service at any place Ive ever eaten. Flies all over the place. Waitress dropped our food after 20 minutes then never came back. Food was awful. Dry. The saddest part is this is second time this has happened to us. I learned my lesson. 24 bucks for a crappy quesadilla and nachos not worth it. Taco bell would have been better

For the closest to authentic Mexican food in Douglasville, this is it. It is truly a gem in disguise. The staff is friendly and the food is excellent - particularly their chicken dishes. Though you can find standard combos on the menu, the special dinners and a la carte selections are a sure way to please both your palette and your wallet. As someone who rarely dines out, I cannot stop coming here. I love this restaurant!

Best Mexican food in Georgia!! I love this place! The Texas margaritas are superior to all. I have been eating here for years. On my last visit Diana (best sever) had the kitchen make me a Mexican pizza, it was the Bomb! Yum yum. I hope they can ad it to the menu. It was a fried flour tortilla with beans, shredded beef, cheese, then baked and topped with guacamole/sour cream.

Amazing service, good people, friendly staff, and always wonderful food. I have been coming to this place for years and never once have they fallen short of impressive. I am a lifetime customer. Its not every day that the owner of the restaurant runs your food out to you personally to make sure youre happy. Their shirts dont lie...THE BEST Mexican restaurant in town!

The food is great & fast. No better any where around! Service is not the best after you receive your food..... like dont drink all of your drink, because they may not come back to refill in a timely. We normally call in take out now in order to not get frustrated with the fact that we become invisible after our food comes out!

I have been coming here for over 3 years now. Ive eaten at many Mexican Restaurants in both New Jersey and Georgia. This place is the real deal. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Very professional staff. Food comes right on time. Drinks are guarenteed to make for a happy time. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Best Mexican restaurant west of Atlanta! Their menu has great selection of authentic Mexican sides and entrees...think chorizo, cabeza, lengua, sopes, tortas, and soups; alongside the traditional Mexican-American entrees such as burritos, tacos, and enchiladas.

Quick, efficient service (and with a party of 15 at lunch). Delicious food. It would get 5 stars if the server more more personable. She was nice, but I look for over the top, go-out-of-your-way-to-make-you-happy servers to give such a high rating.

I absolutely adore this place the prices are reasonable and the portion size is well worth it. Their drinks are strong not that watered down stuff you get from the common franchise restaurants and even at their busiest times theyre efficient.

Outstanding food, served quickly, and a stronger (and tastier) than average Texas Margarita. If you are very hungry and cant decide what you want, try the molcajete. It was served in what I can only attempt to describe as a volcano pig.
