This place is unbelievable! How do you run out of chicken every single time I come there or my fiancé tries to pick us up dinner??? First of all, the guy that takes the order at the drive thru cuts you off and wont even let you get a full sentence in, not to mention you cant understand his ghetto talk anyway. Theres a 20 min wait on tenders, then they have mashed potatoes but no gravy. WTH! I just got so sick of the rude customer service and never having enough chicken at a damn chicken restaurant... I drove off, called their GM and they gave me a free meal of my choice and said they were definitely going to address this issue that seems to happen to more customers than not. And whats sad is their food is really good WHEN THEY HAVE IT! Some advice... Hire some employees who sincerely need a job that will take it seriously and treat customers right. Plenty of men, women and students would love to have a job. These employees cuss, stay on their phones or are too busy standing around laughing so obviously aint nothing going to get done the right way. If you experience similar visits like we have, already call the General manager and get a free meal!!! This location in Hiram is a joke!!!

Stopped at this Popeyes to get a 5 piece chicken strips and a four piece, white not spicy meals. Upon checking my four piece meal I seen I had 3 wings and 1 chicken breast. I looked on the receipt as I eat Popeyes regularly it said two breasts and two wings. I called up the store twice and the last time to explain to the manager my frustration and I was told the receipt prints out that way but it is always 3 Wings one breast unless they are out of wings. I was told I could pay $0.99 and get a breast instead of one of the Wings. I said why would I do that I would get the 3-piece and pay $0.99 have two breasts and one Wing. I let her know that the store I normally go to never does this and informed her again that this receipt said it was two breasts and two wings. She rudely told me that they are a corporate store and the other store was a franchise location. The rudeness of the manager and the horrible service I will never go back to this Popeyes ever again. I called the corporate office and was promised a call back ASAP but am still waiting. I was informed that the manager was incorrect it should have been two wings and two breasts.

Had an absolutely atrocious experience this past Saturday. I ordered an item that wasnt already made so they had to "drop it" as in drop it in the fryer and never got around to it. The other four people I was with got their food and after waiting 15 minutes I finally was acknowledged as I stood at the counter and was told that my food hasnt been dropped. I asked for the manager and was surprised to find that one of the rudest of the employees, Drew, was the manager. I told them I didnt want the food anymore since the rest of my party was almost done eating already and I was given a refund. I went back to my table while everyone finished eating and Drew decided to call her manager and tattle on herself. As we left she smugly told us to have a nice day and then harass us the entire way out of the door. I was so absolutely disgusted I could have cried. I cant fathom why they think I would want to spend my hard earned money there, but it wont ever happen again. I will never visit another Popeyes in my life as the corporate company couldnt offer anything more than an apology. Sickening.

This franchise is by far the WORST Popeyes in the corporate chain! Not only do they lack professional etiquette, they ALWAYS lack inventory. I have visited on numerous occasions and requested the exact same order of 3 wings mild, and their reply is always, "we dont have none..." Never do they offer anything in place or attempt to apologize for their lack of product. Tonight, I sat in a line for 5 min. before the car in front of me was greeted. Its just pathetic that this franchise NEVER makes attempts to permanently improve, as opposed to pretending to provide adequate customer service in front of the executives (I happen to have been there on that day too). Whats even more disappointing is their lack of acknowledgement of loyal customers. I guess because this is the only Popeyes in the area, they choose to capitalize on monopolizing even at the expense of their patrons! Its a shame!

my husband and I went to popeyes today for a late lunch. While most of the employees didnt seem to be very focused there were two who I could tell want to make sure their job is done correctly. Firstly our order was taken by Steve, or at least thats what his name tag said, he was very polite and proficient. Then we sat there for a long time and no food came out. He was going on his break and saw we didnt have our food. He walked up and had them make it, and even have us extra pieces for today he wait. He also carried our food out to us. Then later we needed a box because of the extra chicken given, and one employee looked me in the eyes and turned around to avoid me. Another one, who I did not catch his name, immeadiately remedied this by asking what I needed politely and making sure I got it.

The staff here is extremely rude. I ordered at the drive thru and was told itd be about 4 minutes for my order, well 10 minutes later I still didnt have any food. I go into the restaurant and all the girl at the counter says is I dont know Im not at the drive thru, it isnt my problem. So naturally this angered me, and meanwhile they are all on their phones and not trying to fix the problem. To make matters worse while I was standing there they handed the exact same thing I ordered to the person in the drive thru and gave me regular tenders instead of the kind I ordered. I do not recommend going here the employees are always rude and have no sense of customer service. Go down the street to Bojangles

Went here one night and had to wait ten minutes to place my order. The lines were backed up because there were mixing everyone elses orders up and they stop and correct it. Then they ran out of chicken, then mashed potatoes then red beans and rice. Once I placed my order, I waited another ten minutes while they tried to figure out why they lost my order. The service sucked. Fortunately the food was good or it would have been a total loss. While eating, things got worse and people started demanding to see the manager. I dont know where she was, but when she came out, things started speeding up. My question is where was she this whole time? This was at 1900 when they are at their busiest.

Today was the last visit I will make to this Popeyes location, Hiram store #11281. In the past few years I have never received good service and have been disappointed every time. Today the male that took my order at the drive thru cut me off before I was finished and the female at the window was kurt and rude when I asked to finish my order! And our gov er nment is about to reward them with a mandatory pay raise! I am going to start cooking at home and keep my money away from fast food!
