Went here today and discovered a fly in my drink...after a second refill. Disgusting. Pointed this out to my server and asked for him to comp something off our bill ....at least one of our meals. He was only allowed to take the drink off. When I spoke with the manager Alex M(he refused to tell me his last name) he said they only take the drink off when they find flies in drinks. I said "So you must experience this often.. insects in your customers beverages? " he said "yes there are flies all around!" And pointed to the air where flies were circling overhead. I demanded to speak to an owner. He was unnecessarily rude and not willing to provide customer service. Almost as if he could care less whether or not. Never will we return there again. Unfortunate.

The only thing good about this place was the service. Normally thats a great selling point but when the food tastes like that, Ill stay home and cook a better version myself. Very bland and their combination dinners were a joke for the price they wanted. The desserts were either overcooked ie the flan, or the fried ice cream was a vanilla ice cream ball covered in crushed cornflakes and then covered with chocolate syrup and not cooked at all. Maybe their alcoholic drinks are good, I dont know, but this place needs help with the content of food on the combination menu.

Most disgusting place I have ever eaten at they are serving spoiled meat. When we complained a 20 something year old manager comes out and even says his food is bad recommends another Mexican restaurant but still refuses to do anything! Stay away!! The food that was edible and not spoiled was extremely salty and extremely foul smelling. I never leave reviews for restaurants but this was so horrible I had to please heed my warning and runnnnn!!!

Coming from Texas where there is GREAT Tex Mex on every corner, this attempt at Mexican food was just ridiculous! Plain meat thrown in a tortillas and topped with lettuce, tomato and some sour cream does not make a good burrito or enchilada. I think they just used canned sauces with no frills what-so-ever. I can make better food at home and given the choice again, Ill be doing just that. Portion size was great, service so-so.

Their catered luncheon for my employer was AMAZING!! There was more food than we could eat and it was so delicious, too! The food was very fresh and perfect. Since I arrange our luncheon meals for my office, I will definitely be using them often. I would give them a 10 STAR rating if I could!! Thank you Montereys on Fariburn Road in Douglasville, GA....The food was PERFECT!!

We eat here almost once a week and although sometimes inconsistent, the food is usually very good. Their beef tacos are better than most Ive had at other restaurants, but their quesadillas can be beat. Very friendly people and an affordable price. We will continue to eat here for years to come, Im sure.

Great food and great prices nice place to go to get full on a budget and staff is very friendly and fast. Would recommend anyone to there considering that I have a similar restaurant around the corner from my house but I choose to drive 30min to go eat at this restaurant and there family friendly

My husband and I go here at least once a week. All of the staff are great. The food and drinks are wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good Mexican food. Dont let the parking lot and the outside put you off. Well worth a try.

Very good food, served hot, fresh, and tasty. The service however is slow and spotty. Have been here when busy and slow, always get the same poor service. The goord makes it worth the occasional visit despite the service.
