Perfect. Was very pleased with my 1st visit. Our server, Nestor was amazing. Got our drinks and appetizers in under 3 minutes. Had our entree in under 10. He came around enough to inquiry about our meal just enough times without being over-bearing. They had a very funny DJ who played a good selection of songs without trying to turn the place into a rock concert. We were able to converse without even raising our voices. We will be coming back again and again. Excellent steak fajitas, the meat was so tender. Love the overall atmosphere. Very clean and everyone greeted and smiled to us. Who knows, I might actually karaoke next time.

Came here tonight with my family. I ordered the fajita steak nachos. ( something simple to make and not mess up.) Well the first nachos that came out the steak was darker than charcoal and tasted like burnt scraps that were left on the grill. So I sent them back. The next batch of fajita steak nachos come out and they were just as burnt as the first. Needless to say I did not eat any of it and the waiter still charged us for them. All he said was " Sorry for the inconvenience".

The food never disappoints! 4 visits now and its always delicious. In fact a member of my party claimed those were the best fish tacos hed ever had. The best part about this place is the OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! The owner is very friendly has always given us the best service of any restaurant Ive ever visited. Los Portales has definitely become one of favorite places to go. Just forget about that place across the street.

The food was good. But we didnt like how we were tricked into buying guacamole. We initially turned down the offer to get guacamole, but our waiter said since it was our first time, he would give it "on the house". He brought us guacamole and cheese dip! We were wowed. Then the bill came...we saw a charge for the guacamole. We asked why he charged. He said oh its buy one get one free deal.

This is a great Mexican restaurant, and is my favorite spot near me! Its much bigger on the inside than it looks from the street. Food is delicious and service is friendly; both have been fantastic each time I visit! They also have karaoke on Saturdays! Will continue to come here while I live in Powder Springs!

Stopped in on a weeknight and was serenaded by a wonderful mariachi band...greeted with smiles and EXCELLENT customer service! And to make our visit even better - the food was OUTSTANDING. My husband is still raving about the house style guacamole! This place will be a regular spot for us.

This place is freaking awesome,food is consistently good. They had a mariachi band playing last time we went which normally Im not a fan of. Until they started playing Johnny Cash,Pink Floyd,Lynard Skynard. It was entertaining for sure. Great chips and salsa.
