Very nice experience. I worked late and walked in ravenous.... Within a instant of being shown to a table the kind waitress placed a pot of hot tea and crunchy chips and hot mustard and duck sauce before me. I ordered Triple delight w/ Fried rice. Quickly a large serving plate was presented with rice served in separate bowl. I could tell it was a huge portion intended to be eaten slow and savor the blend of podded snow peas, onion slices, carrot slices, slices of pork, shrimp, and chicken. So I sat back and took my time... There is a special art of blending a fine mixture of flavors, spices, ingredients, and textures to achieve a magical dining experience. It is a skill I will never achieve and it is something you have to experience for yourself. Halfway through my meal I had forgotten my daily trails and tribulations and drifted away to my lovely meal. I finished revived and refreshed from my day....I hope you can find and enjoy this fine place in your travels.

I am not from this area and was looking forward to ordering some Chinese food. Imperial Chinese is not the place to go. I ordered over the phone from their online menu.. Apparently they are different menus because my #16 was not my #16 when I went to pick it up. Fine, Ill re-order, just a mix up. After I re-order and wait ten minutes.. The staff was still confused. I only ordered one meal. They gave my correct order, then forgot to charge me the extra $2 due to me wanting to fried rice instead of white rice.... And made me come back to give them the correct amount. If that wasnt all.... My "fried" rice is just white rice with soy sauce on it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Chinese imperial inn serves some of the best food around. This is a small family place that serves some of the best, most authentic Chinese dishes in this city. Everything they make is delicious. They use white meat chicken for their dishes, which makes the usual Chinese dish like kung pao, sweet n sour, general Taos, etc., soooo much better. This is the place to go with your family and or friends and have a great time. It is priced absolutely reasonable, even cheap. Try the crab, flounder fillets, rocksalt shrimp, chow mei fun...or I am sure you will be able to find your favorite item and will keep coming back for more.

Overall horrid. Upon entering,no one smiled or greeted. Just pointed to a table. Throughout the evening not one server smiled. The food was bland. The won tons were on the hard side and the hot and sour soup, was thin. I could make a better soup. I ordered chicken and broccoli; the chicken pieces were hard,the vegetable OK. My husband ordered a sizzling oleo of pork,chicken and shrimp. He left over more than half. No one cleared the table, asked how everything is or thanked us.The nice part, was the total price, low. Recommend closure. Shame on the cook and the staff.

A bunch of swindlers, liars, and probably horse meat. Who knows I cant tell ya they lied to me. Why not lie to every customer smh. I call to place delivery order bill came to close to 16$ for myself the lady on the phone says its gotta be 20$. I said never mind, but still hungry I called back 2 minutes later and the lady says there are no deliveries. I said I just got off the phone with you, she said delivery driver is gone now lol. Cmon seriously businesses like this need to be shut down and ran out of town.

We just moved here from another state and went looking for a new favorite place. Weve been trying some of the food in this area area. We have a favorite place "back home" and wanted to find an equally pleasing restaurant with good prices, great food and plenty of it. We found it here. The place is always busy and people keep coming back. Theres a good reason for that. Friendly service, orders are always just what we wanted and very affordable. Thanks!

In a world of strip mall chinese and low quality buffets, its nice to find a place that serves great chinese food. Their seafood dishes and traditional chinese fare are incredible and VERY fresh, and their "mainstream" chinese dishes are also very good. I make trips to Cincy from Northern Kentucky as often as possible just to have a reason to go here to eat. Their prices are very reasonable

Weather your devoted to American style Chinese food or authentic Chinese seafood this is an oasis. The service is brisk and efficient. Visit on the weekend for excellent dim sum, made to order. The prices are fair for the wonderful quality and weekday lunch specials are extremely resonablty priced. I look forward to my next visit

The food is great! My absolute favorite is the roast pork wonton soup. My father had their lobster special one time and he loved it, very good price for the lobster. portions are great for the price. I will admit though the staff doesnt have the best customer service but the food is too good not to come back over and over again.

Havent received my food yet but the moment I walked in it felt like a 1920s diner with the looks we received from the few people dining in. The host was very nonchalant and void of any satisfaction we were there spending money. Probably wont return regardless of food quality. Just felt odd the entire time.

The dim sum here is excellent. we recently moved from Houston where there are tons of dim dum restaurants and we have been very impressed with the quality of food. Service is quick and the dishes are always fresh.

I went here for the first time today, and boy was I pleased. Affordable, delicious, fresh, traditional, quiet... FANTASTIC Cashew Chicken with pea pods and bok choy and water chestnuts.. I highly recommend it.
