7 people $800 before tip, ac broken, service poor (rushed us out after 2 hours) and food Americanized to the max The foods are Americanized with small pieces of deep fried potato slivers (chips) and deep fried carrots on items like the tartare which is served with a hefty dose of Parmesan. Their main hit are their pommes a fancy word for deep fried and puffed up potato chip. The oysters are great. The wild boar ravioli had an amazing flavor but was also topped with small slivers of deep fried pieces for some reason. They didnt add crunch they didnt add visual appeal they were just there deep fried and soft. The deserts innovative enough although the creme brûlée sugar was overdone and the filling soft. The plates were cleared in an unprofessional manner as well as most of them were lifted over my head or shoulder. We had a table for seven and ran a bill of close to 800 before tip. We were there from 6:30-840 at which point our waiters made every effort to usher us out. Refilling filled waters, coming through the room to check on us multiple times in five minutes after we had gotten desert and coffees and clearly were hanging out at the end of an elaborate meal and had already paid and signed the check. The waiter returned the signed check by reaching his arm between the man paying and the woman he was talking to, interrupting their conversation rudely and unprofessionally. Drop the check on the other side? Its paid and signed you can reach past his right shoulder instead of his left. I was disappointed by innovative and creative food as I found it was Americanized and just ok. and overpriced for the unprofessional service. Train your staff. Also, the air conditioner was first freezing then hot then freezing then hot. A manager walked in multiple times trying to fix it. Also distracting. I would never recommend boca.

Last night my wife and I celebrated out 2yr anniversary with a lovely dinner at Boca. Chef Pedro and his staff were more than willing to answer our questions about the food as we sat the Chefs bar. Our server Benjamin was prompt, knowledgeable and generous in helping us decide on what to eat. We started off with some Caramelized brussel sprouts that were incredible! The brown butter truffle vinaigrette just knocked this dish out of the park. The grilled romaine was perfectly sized for both of us and had just the right amount of grill. Benjamin explained that Boca has many items on the menu that were available in smaller sizes so that we could try more than two. So we went with the Vongole Risotto and Pappardelle Bolognese con Prosciutto for the first round. And then went with the Verlasso Salmon a la Plancha and Filet Boca. To say that these dishes were delicious, is an understatement. To say they were amazing is getting close. The Vongole Risotto was cooked absolutely perfectly and with just the right amount of little neck clams and fennel sausage. The pappardelle Bolognese con Prosciutto was perfectly sized and delicious! If every place cooked salmon as perfectly as Boca did, then I would eat salmon all day, every day. It was tender and paired very well with the brown butter sabayon! Just melted in your mouth! And finally the filet. I initially thought the 3oz serving for the smaller portions was going to be too small, but paired with the king crab it was the perfect amount. The bearnaise sauce perfectly complemented the steak. Benjamin was so kind to Maple Mascarpone Cheesecake and the Chocolate Sorbet. Perfect choice of desserts for the evening!

Simply stunning. From the ambiance to the service and of course the cuisine, everything was top notch. Being in town alone on business I wanted to see what some of the best places in the city had to offer. After being referred to Boca I was not disappointed. I had a Foie Gras Macaron that was a perfect mix of sweet and savory followed by a aged goat cheese with beet salad that was delicious. David my waiter gave me a little teaser on the house of the brussel sprouts which were made in a way Ive never had before. The sprouts had a more umami flavor than vegetables. The gnocchi fondue was good though I should have had something lighter. The desert was a passion fruit something that was simply the perfect end to an amazing meal. A special note should be given to the bread which came from Blue Oven Bakery, best bread I have had in America, it was called their bad boy something I cant remember. If you are alone sit at the dinner bar so you can watch the chefs at work. It will want to make you yell in unison with everyone "oui chef".

This was my first time at Boca. The staff were all young, attractive and nice. Very helpful when my wife was delayed and accomodating in changing our reservations. Once seated, the table service was excellent and attentive, but not smothering. The Sea Bass served to my wife was excellent in all ways. I ordered a pasta dish. The food comes in a size for tasting and a "full" size. I ordered the full size pasta dish that included, pasta, 4 littleneck clams, some sausage and rapini. My serving size was extremely small, probably less than a cup of food all in. However, the sauce tasted very good and the quality of the dish was excellent. The bread served with our meal was quite good. Overall, a very nice place, but at these prices you need to give Americans some food. We recovered nicely next door with Margaritas and dessert.

I just visited Boca tonight, and everything was great. I sat at the bar (great service) had the grilled romaine, seafood risotto, and the branzino. Everything was very good in my opinion. Very interesting menu great vibe. If your looking for Texas Roadhouse do yourself the favor and dont go. This is a high end artsy place. If you like eclectic places with good food and dont mind paying for it then I think you would enjoy it. Good luck

It reminded me or Orchids, which youre paying for the ambience, food presentation, etc. The actual quantity of food is lacking. For an easy $100 for two plates, youd expect more than one small serving. As for the food, I was not impressed with it. I do enjoy Sotto and Nada, the owners other restaurants, but my trips to Boco are limited and I usually do not attend Boco over other downtown dining arrangements.

My Fiancé and I came down from Columbus to enjoy LeTruffe! We had an amazing 9 course truffle inspired dining experience, with some added surprises. The food and wine pairings were phenomenal, the service was impeccable and Chef Falk was enchanting! It was so refreshing to chat with such an inspired staff. This is the best dining experience we have had to date! We cant wait for the next cadenza dinner ❤

Lets be honest....everyone in the industry knows Boca has been just above average ever since they expanded and went downtown for all of the free money from 3CDC. I am constantly underwhelmed with the undercooked pasta and sub part oysters. That kitchen can not provide the quality at that volume. I will no longer recommend this place to industry people. Its merely a place to be seen.

We came to Boca for the "American in Paris" bistro tasting. The wine pairing information given by our wonderful waitress was great, the pairing themselves were interesting - predominantly dry and bold. The tables favorite was the dessert wine which was neither of those. Foods took me through a journey of flavors. Both positive and negative but all were appreciated and enjoyable.
