Still, planning on returning because I think this restaurant has some potential. Our waiter Tom, was such a delight, friendly and knowledgeable. However, the chef did not live up to professional standards. The Cassoulet I would rate a solid D. Not just because it was served cold and way over salted. Rather because, it lacked the LOVE this dish is supposed to bring with tender hunks of meat, sausages, duck, and a creamy texture of confee layered beans with a toasted bread crumb topping. Instead the dish served, was a disaster. It was so bad, the Cassoulet police should force them to improve or cite them and threaten and never to allow them to serve this classic again unless they are on a penal colony island. To describe our Cassoulet, think Risotto only with decayed beans, mixed with tiny, incey-mincey silvers of meat served, in a plain white bowl lacking everything from taste and presentation to something akin to what you would find in the back of a refrigerator of an office lunch room. 2nd. Entrée: Saumon au Pernod: Rated C= Pernod, (an anis-flavored liquer) is a layer of flavor to be expected in this dish. Who knows maybe the chef who over salted our Cassoulet forgot to add this note to the dish? The Salmon was broiled, a little over cooked, and served on a small bed of lentils with baby asparagus crying for a Pernod sauce the chef decided to abandon. The menu looks impressive and for this reason, I will give this restaurant two more chances. Planning to try the Brunch and a Dinner this summer. Hopefully, the Chef will be on with an A=Game.

The food and portions were excellent. The service OK. A table of five and the first in the door at 5pm, they didnt get our order exactly right and we had to wait too long to get a cup of coffee. My family carries a bit of an Adams family vibe and look. We do stand out a bit in our diversity. Perhaps I am a bit sensitive and even paranoid. Having said that please dont give me reason to suspect my worst suspicions. When we arrived the staff stared at us as if a spacecraft had just unloaded on their front door. Even if this were so, would you not at least greet your alien guests. Not long after we finished eating, the Cleveland state of art power grid gave out for an extended period shedding further light upon their lack of attentiveness. After some confusion over how to settle the bill, as normal procedures were out we left the restaurant. Once we were squarely outside the door we heard a great whoop of laughter ring out from the restaurant staff. I may be paranoid, but I couldnt help but think these French restauranteers would only too relieved to have been rid of us.

Le Petit Triangle is a very nice restaurant. It has very good service. The waitress was very kind to us. Everyone kept eating Mummys lentil salad because it was really tasty. It had a few herbs in it and some vinegar. I like Le Petit Triangel because it has really good crepes and croissants. I had ham and cheese on my croissant and banana, strawberries, and whipped cream on my crepe. They also gave you a fruit bowl with it that had blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and banana. My sister had a crepe with cooked banana and maple syrup. It came with the fruit bowl and she really liked the caramelized banana. It was very peaceful at Le Petit Triangle because it had calm music, it wasnt really jazzy or rocky (because that annoys me and makes me feel frustrated). We were travelling to Chicago and were really glad to find this cafe. Before we found Le Petit Triangle, we went to a little, old, run-down, cold place and none of us like it. We all loved Le Petit Triangle! (Greta - 7 years old)

Super sweet local French inspired dishes and desserts. Located in an old house, you walk in the front door the you can see the chef cooking in the walled off corner of the house. The seating is mostly for couples but they do have a big round table probably 8 could sit at. The entrees are a between $20-$30. But they have small dishes and desserts for under $15. Their coffee is from a location roasterie, full of flavor! The food was amazing! Excellent crepes. Server was pleasant. I wont give a full five not because of the food, but for some aspects of the atmosphere. Im not sure they if have air conditioning. It was very warm, especially the seating near the kitchen. And there were some flies and nats flying around. I am sure they just came in the front door has it was propped open, likely for air. Didnt take away from the food, but kinda made me feel I was eating at my parents house back in 1993. Otherwise, highly recommend them.

My husband and I decided to go for our wedding anniversary. The food was good but the portions were small for the dinner plates. We ended up leaving the restaurant hungry and having to get fast food afterwards. The charcuterie board had five pieces of meat, a couple pickles, four crackers, and some arugula. The bouillabaisse my husband ordred had four mussels, three shrimp, and two ounces of salmon with little sauce for $27.00. The duck I ordered was delicious but it was a very small portion. The lentils and chard portions were small and not warm. We were very disappointed with the portions and ended up leaving the restaurant hungry and frustrated.

I love Le Petit Triangles crepes, and I kept hinting to my boyfriend that Id like to go here for my birthday. I had only ever had crepes here (amazing) and the Caprese sandwich (just okay). He took me (good boyfriend!), and I ordered a salad with chicken. I thought the chicken tasted very low quality which was surprising to me. I couldnt eat the whole thing. My boyfriend wasnt too fond of his savory crepe, but I thought it was okay. However, when that chocolate and peanut butter crepe arrived, we were in heaven. From now on I will probably only go to Le Petit Triangle for the sweet crepes, not for an entire entree.

The atmosphere is great here. Its a tiny PLA e (really tiny) but its cozy. If you have a big party Id definitely recommend a reservation. The wait staff is nice and knowledgeable, I havent had a bad experience so far! Now onto the food. The food is absolutely delicious! The last time I was here I had the salmon with lentils and quinoa, and brussel sprouts. All of it was cooked and flavored beautiful. I ended with the lemon crepe. This crepe is by far my favorite here. It just melts in your mouth.

The server was really nice, but I thought it odd that we were relegated to only the two person tables in the back. It was completely dead on a Thursday at 2pm. It would have been nice to sit near a window. The food was pretty good though. I got the Chicken Cheddar Chutney Savory Crepe. Absolutely delicious. The use of white cheddar was a great compliment. I just wish there were more white meat in it. I didnt like the tough dark meat pieces.

This is our absolute favorite restaurant! The staff already know us and what we like to eat. It is the kind of place that you want to go whenever you feel happy or sad or whatver, and you always leave feeling great! Everything is excellent and we recomend it so much that we are always brining our friends and family to join us. Our baby girl was just born and she has already been there as much as she has gone to the doctors office! LOL
