I brought my five-year-old son in for lunch today. We shared a hibachi dinner and I ordered some sushi. I think there was a little bit of a lost in translation issue because I ordered a roll +2 single pieces of salmon sushi and all they got was one piece of salmon sushi. Its not a big deal though because the dinner portion on the hibachi grill with quite large and the food was pretty good. The one piece of sushi that I tried was adequately price for the size and it tasted great. I thought the staff was very attentive although I was a little confused as to who my server was because they were about four different people waiting on our table at any given point so I really wasnt sure who I was supposed to leave my tip for. You get with the hibachi A bowl of clear soup which is the licious a small salad which is lettuce carrots and two little cucumber slices with their ginger dressing that is delicious as well as your choice of white or fried rice plus they sautéed up some noodles which I believe were some kind of lo mein noodle that my kiddo loved. Then you get some grilled veggies and your meat choice. My son and I both ate out of one portion of the dinners sized hibachi. We both left rather full with absolutely no room for dessert and took a large carry out box of food home. There were a few little hiccups along the way but I think those are just growing pains from opening a brand-new restaurant. I will definitely be back for sure!

If I could rate this place with 0 stars, I would haveI will never return to this establishment. I read the reviews prior to going and had the same thing happen as what was stated in the review. There was a mixup on who got the noodles and/or rice. The manager said something to the chef and then the chef was mad. From that point, all he did was finish preparing the food. He stopped conversing with us and stopped his tricks. It was very awkard and this was my first time giong to a hibachi grill. The kids were so disappointd in the "entertainment." Then there was a miscommunication over the pricing. We asked to see the menu again and speak to the manager. The manager never come over to our table. Instead the waitress was giong to have to pay the difference. The food was so-so, definately not with a $55 for lunch. In my opinion very pricey for what we got in return. I will never step foot in that place again. Very disappointmenting and a complete waste of time and money.

I enjoyed a great meal with my Aunt, Cousin, and family friend. The three of them each ate hibachi meals while I enjoyed sushi. The Hibachi chefs were entertaining and the plates were large. They told me their food was good, but "could have used more seasonings." I had the Ohio and Black Diamond special rolls and a spicy tuna roll. The Ohio roll was okay, but I really enjoyed the Black Diamond and spicy tuna rolls. (Personal preference on taste, not because it was a bad roll). The staff was attentive and checked on our group repeatedly to ensure we had drinks at all times. The couple beside us did not get an appetizer, but it was removed from the bill and believed to have been "lost in translation." Given that this is a new location I believe most of the "issues" are really just opening pains and should be figured out as they work out the kinks. I know I will be returning soon to try more of their delectable sushi!

Based on Corys review, I tried the Diamond Roll. It was great. Two of us had just sushi and were pleasantly surprised. It did take a long time to come out though. Two others ordered from the grill. They said it tasted good but the portions were about 1/2 to 2/3 of what you get at other Hibachi restaurants. For Mercer County though, it was pretty good. Wish we had even more ethnic choices in the area!

Worst experience ive ever had there. We did not get any vegetables or salad and asked for extra rice and noodles instead. When the cook made our food it was delicious but hardly any rice or lo mein. Grill cook didnt clean the hibachi our waitress left and then the lady who worked on the opposite sides through the hibachi said it was all the waitresss fault. It was a very bad experience.

Great place, love it. I havent actually tried the hibachi yet but the sushi is great and the employees are friendly to me. I read through some of the reviews that mentioned a rude chef and manager but I havent talked to them personally. Be wary of that, anyway. Would update if I encounter them.

We took 10 people there for a night out and had a great time. The chef was very entertaining and had a lot of good 1 liners. The food was great and cooked perfect. We will be back for many meals in the future and glad that they picked Celina as a place to open up.

Salad was watered down, service was slow, food was missed from serving plates and not cleaned up, a lot of it. Wasnt a good experience, crab ragoons were really greasy, food was over cooked, however sushi was good.

Love their sushi, the Hibachi is just the same as any other. Just try and avoid going on Saturdays between 6 and 9pm, the place is packed to capacity, and a line for the Hibachi out the door.
