Pizza itself was good but the service was quite awful. Thought itd be quicker to order over the phone, whomever took my order didnt listen when I gave her a varying area code other than 614. Ordered a medium pepp and hot traditional wings. Said 15 minutes, so my husband and I get there. Failed to mention that we needed to go through the drive-thru to pick up my order. Fine, got back in the car and went around. Get to the window, worker says, "We tried to call you but couldnt get through. We have no hot wings, so I just had my manager take them off." So were thinking Um ok? She sees our hesitation and says, "Well I can make you some boneless if you want to wait." No, we didnt want to wait and if thats what you were going to offer us anyway, why not make them ahead of time? If we took them, great. If we didnt, thats a loss they should be willing to take - restaurants do it all of the time. Its the effort you put forward. We wouldve taken and paid for them - I wouldnt even have been upset. But the fact that it was an afterthought and wed have to wait for them while our pizza got cold. No thanks. No sort of voucher or coupon offered to us for next time for our trouble. The manager didnt answer the window or offer to talk to us? My husband and I are both restaurant managers, so we know how the whole customer satisfaction game goes. Gotta say, Flyers, great pizza but poor customer service. 2 stars.

All the food- pizza, subs, salads and appetizer are always great. Its a bit more pricey than some of the local chains- but you get what you pay for. Its always been right! We even got pizza bombs (deep fried appetizer) for delivery one time and it was still hot AND CRISPY!! Ill pay the extra price for something like that! Weve ate in and its a super cute eat in diner. Service was just as amazing when youre in person as well. You wont be disappointed!

Ive known this chains owners for a long time and they are some of the nicest people you will meet. I really like the sweeter sauce of their pizza too and their other foods are great as well. Highly recommended!

Always great service! Wings are outstanding! The sauce is a little sweet but goes well with the crust and pepperoni! We love ordering just a cheese pizza and wings! Their wings are fried not baked!

We ordered 4 different subs and fries and it was ALL delicious. It arrived hot and we didnt have to wait too long. I think this is going to be a favorite :)
