Little Caesars deep dish pepperoni pizza is delicious, especially with extra sauce (additional charge). However, on occasion, the extra sauce for which Ive paid extra, doesnt always make it on the pizza. On these occasions Ive reported this deficiency to the store. To date, theyve been apologetic and happy to offer a redo or free pizza with next order. Today, I ordered my "redo", and upon pick up, I was informed by the owner, Jim, that he would no longer replace any improperly-made, special-order pizzas. Based on Jims comments, it would appear that quality control and customer satisfaction are not priorities at Jims stores (Holiday and Crystal River). I simply expect to receive what Ive ordered and paid for, but apparently thats more than what Jim wants to provide at his locations. Disappointing!

I do believe that the product is very reasonable for the price. However mostly they are young adults working there and they work very hard and sometimes I just wonder about the cleanliness of it. But it is a good pizza for the price

Terrible, racist owners with little care to the minority group of holiday. Using "code words" to be racist to customers faces without them knowing. Horrible work ethic, strongly advise no one even give these evil people money.
