WORST SERVICE AND WORST PIZZA EVER!! THERES NO WAY THE GOOD REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FROM REAL CUSTOMERS!!! I ordered a thin crust pizza and it was HORRIBLE, NOT TO MENTION IT TOOK FOREVER TO BE MADE, PLUS, THE OWNER HAD HER KIDS MAKING IT! I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza, it was if I had ordered a "no crust" pizza because i couldnt find the crust; Ive never had a pizza with the dough that thin before; it was as if it was only made of cheese and sauce. I told the owner I didnt like it and she gave me attitude. She preceded to make sure I knew they had been voted "best pizza" with this look on her face as if i had just hit one of her kids. I wouldnt say it was the best pizza I had ever had; I would say it was a "good " slice of melted cheese with a pepperoni on top at the most. The restaurant itself wasnt the cleanest, it was like I was sitting in their living room. There was an area that looked like it held ice cream for sale and where a small child was able to run in and out of leaving me to wonder if little ditry hands were able to help themselves to this ice cream that was sold to the public. The owner had to tell her child more than once to get out of it. I wasnt impressed. The owner seemed nice up until I said I didnt like the pizza. I paid for the pizza by the way, even though I didnt like it and she offered no discount even though we had only one bite each and had waited 30- 40 minutes to get it. Not a place I would try again or ever recommend. THERES NO WAY THE GOOD REVIEWS ON HERE CAME FROM REAK CUSTOMERS, NOT A CHANCE!

Second time eating here, and it will be the last time but not because of service or food quality. Pros: The pizza is decent, I have no issue with it. Its a little greasy, which my daughter and wife assure me is actually olive oil drizzled on top, but the flavor is good. The excess grease is nothing a paper towel dab cant take care of. The toppings were tasty and of good quality. In addition, the staff was friendly. Cons: I ordered a large three topping pizza and to my surprise the bill was over $25 for the pizza. Way too much for large 3 topper - two toppings on one side and one on the other--which should equate to two toppings max, but at this place that means your charged for three complete toppings. I was told they put a whole pizzas worth of toppings on one half instead, which means that Im getting double toppings and double-charged without even being asked. If I ask for double toppings, then theres an expectation that Ill get charged for it, but not when I dont ask for it. Good quality pizzas can be had for $20 and less. Perhaps if this was a fancy restaurant I could be more lenient on pricing, but the inside of the place could also use a substantial makeover. Recommendation: If you dont mind paying a premium dollar, its a good place to get pizza. If youre trying to be careful with your budget or pinching pennies, then I would not recommend it.

I am at such a loss of words as to why this restaurant has so many good reviews. I visited the restaurant this past weekend because of the reviews and it was the worst pizza and service ever! The crust was hard and chewy. The ingredients tasted like the came out of a dollar store can. The service was slow and unfriendly. I am not sure how they can call it pizza. So, I spent a little time since then and I have investigated the reviews that Char, Leah, Tony, Joe, Gino, Janet, Janelle, etc. have written with the yellow ribbon and there is one common thread. They all praise Ozona Pizza and tear apart another great restaurant in Palm Harbor (Massimos) which is absolutely one of the best places I have dined at. Seems to be a group of online thugs that are spending their time trying to ruin this business for their own gain. I can only gather that this restaurant is behind it. Its an awful reflection of Ozona Pizza and in bad taste to take act in such a destructive manner. Well, I believe the truth will be told when customers like me actually come dine here only to discover the just how awful their food and service is. And shame on you Ozona Pizza for behaving like this!!!!

VEGANS REJOICE. Most amazing yet versatile food experience in the area, all from a friendly family owned pizza place in one of the cutest towns in Florida. We came here while looking for houses on a quiet wednesday afternoon after reading good things on here about their vegan menu. The environment was nice and informal, the menu was a bit intimidating, but I promise the selections are well worth the effort. All the food is made to order, when we came it was the owner himself cooking and we even had a chat with his wife. As a vegan, I ordered some of the Vegan Buffalo Ranch Knots to start, followed by the Vegan Chicken/Bacon Pizza. THEY WERE TO DIE FOR. My parents got the non vegan garlic knots, and a regular mushroom/sausage/riscotta pizza and they said it was the best they have had in years. Literally my only complaint would be the slightly higher than expected prices. All in all, this place is a must visit for anyone vegan, gluten free, or just a big fan of delicious food. I am seriously worried about gaining a few pounds from this place now that I have moved into the area! WE NEED MORE PLACES LIKE THIS. KEEP IT UP!

First let me say that the pizza was delicious. I got the regular crust onion and mushroom and it was fantastic. My wife got the gluten-free with black olives and mushrooms and it was equally as good. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the restaurant as well as the inside temperature. It was hot! I dont like to sweat when Im eating. Tried to go outside but the mosquitoes and no seeums were a bit overwhelming. Service was good. My wife ordered a Chardonnay and it came out extremely dark and come to find out its from a box. We were offered a replacement drink which my wife ordered a beer and it was good. Its just hard to come back to a restaurant that seemed that disorganized and unclean no matter how good the food was. If they were to de-clutter and clean the restaurant, and get the inside temperature to a comfortable level, you wouldnt be able to get into this place the lines would be so long, the food is that good.

Ordered at 7:27 PM, was told that because I was so close it would be well before the usual 45 minutes. Hour later I called back to find out the status of my order and I was told " we overdid your pizza and its too well done to send so we are making another " This is all fine and good, but why did I have to call an hour after ordering ? Why did they not call me and say " sorry, but your pizza is going to take 3 times as long as we told you, we know you ordered dinner, and now its more of a midnight snack, but oh wellz " It took 94 minutes before the deliver driver was at my door and much to my surprise ... he wanted the full amount, no discount for screwing up, making me wait, and forcing my friend who was going to have pizza with me to have to leave due to time constraints. The pizza itself, well, one word describes the white pizza = BLAND. I will NOT be giving this place any more of my hard earned money.
