Food took over an hour to be delivered and we called 20 minutes after they opened. I work literally less than 1/2 a mile from the restaurant. My wife specifically asked if the cheese on the steak and cheese was white or yellow American cheese. She was assured it was white, yet they put yellow on both subs. Who puts yellow cheese on a cheesesteak sub? Cheesesticks were very cold upon delivery. I used to work in several Pizzarias (Managed two of them) and I would say they send their drivers on too many deliveries at once. Overall, the Philly was good. Bread was soft, meat wasnt dry but the cheese totally ruined it. Would have been a 5 star rating had the food not taken so long to be delivered, cheese sticks were not cold and the lady who answered the phone knew what type of cheese was on the subs they sell.

My order was not only incorrectly processed but it took them over an hour and a half to get it to me from the time I placed the order online. I ended up not being able to eat my full meal since it took them so long to get to me I had less then 10min to scarf down the food and then get back to work. Driver told me that they were slammed and that he was the only driver. If they had only given me a courtesy call at noon to let me know of the delay, I couldve adjusted my lunch break . It is now 10am the FOLLOWING DAY and no one on the management team has called me to address my concerns even though I had asked for a call. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE !!!!!! My family routinely spends in the neighborhood of 30 -50 dollars per order and I would think that for that price per order the manager and the girl at the counter taking phone calls could have some sort of decency. This is the worst Me and my family have been treated ever by a business ....I called Neil at corporate but got no response either? Poor business ethics ....spend your money elsewhere before you get treated like this too !

This place is a two bit piece of crap dump. The service is poor and the girl on the phone was rude. They shorted us on our order and had the nerve to ask me if I wanted a discount on my next order. Shes joking right? Im from out of town and wanted to give a local establishment a try. There wont be a next order. They should have made this order correct especially when I told her I was from out of town. So please save yourself the trouble and order some where else. I know I will.

Well I was used to the westshore in pinellas park friendly great food and a great price with I went to this location and I walked in and the girl behide the counter was texting as she was taking my order I order two slices and a drink the guy from the back sweaty as can be come up to the front barehanded grabs my two slice from some display rack and im not lying a fly comes out of the rack I demanded my money back and will never go to that hell hole again totally disgusted

Every single time we order food for delivery the time line is more than double what they promised to us. Every single time there is an excuse, and every single time its after lunch when we get our food. We order as an office, we order as families at home...nothing is different. The food is great but the service needs to be honest. I cant order food for the excuses. We can order from another westshore for that.

Can I give ZERO stars? I asked for a crispy pizza and it was as flappy as a piece of bologna. The counter girl was wearing a pot leaf bandana, pajama pants and slippers, told a customer she would text her boss a question and waited for a response while another phone was ringing off the hook. I have never seen a less professional environment and Ive worked for the worst westshore in town.

Food was really bad. My husband got a chicken parm sandwich. The chicken was frozen patty the bread was so soggy. I got a cheeseburger. The burger was a dry frozen patty the cheese was so melted you couldnt even taste it. The fries are also frozen crinkle cut fries that were soggy as could be. This was our first and LAST time eating well actually throwing the food away from here.

This store is very unprofessional, they never get your order correct. I have order from them and they NEVER get the order correct. Delivery is never on time and then you only get half your order....When you call to complain they are rude....I will NOT eat at this place any more!

As a public health nurse, Im never eating here again- no matter how good it might taste. The place is so dirty and I watched the staff smoke outside touch vehicles, then go in without washing hands. Just sickness waiting to happen.

I ordered 2 slices of "the Works". They took old, already made pepperoni pizza and dumped the toppings on and threw it in the oven. So, yeah it was pizza. But it definitely qualifies for "half assed".

Hands down my favorite pizza place in Clearwater. Decent prices, great tasting sauce, large pies - this is one of the best Westshore locations in the bay area by far. Try the garlic knots!

Got a deathly cold that lasted 3 and a half weeks, pizza was good, just unsanitary conditions, kitchen staff not wearing gloves, cited for rat droppings, terrible parking, not going back
