I came in and was quickly seated. My order was also taking a quickly. From the time I arrived around 10:30a.m. I order two egg scrambled with cheese, bacon with extra bacon strawberry and cream French toast, hash browns and mango ice tea. I received my order at 12:00 p.m. I getting to leave, because no one asked how was everything so I can tell them I never received any food. The manager came over apologetic and gave me 10% off whichwas$1.34 off.I feel I should have offered more. The hostess for my section hardly ever came over to he konme. The food was good but took too long. She was supposed to be training someone did not do good job. I will not be going back. I dont know if the staff was knowledgeable or what. The manager should always be in front and make sure everything run smoothly. The customers camein15-20 minutes walked out because they took too long.

I have never liked my experience here at this IHOP, or any restaurant in this area. This IHOP experience was completely different. The service was great and the food exceptional. I always prefer the chicken Florentine crepe, and aside from the excess Hollandaise sauce, it was absolutely perfect. The wait time was extremely long though. I think they put a lot of focus on the to go orders, that it takes away from the orders in the store. IHOP to go though is a great idea, and Im glad this location employs it.

When we got our hot tea, the server spilled the tea on my saucer and the table and didnt even clean it or even apologize. My wife cleaned the tea off using her napkin. We specifically ordered our eggs to be "over medium" and "over hard" and they were the runniest yolks Ive ever seen in the history of eggs. We waited an extremely long time for the server to take our payment. Im surprised how much worse this IHOP from the other two locations south of Akron.

Ordered a turkey bacon club for takeout. I am not quite sure what I received but it had i couldnt iddntify the meat on it. It also had cranberry sauce on it no lettuce, tomato or mayo. Totally disgusting I threw it out. In addition the other meal didnt have toast but had double hash browns. This was the second time we received a screwed up meal. I would never recommend the ihop in Bedford.

I went during the evening shift. It was extremely ghetto - some girl was on the phone talking to her boyfriend about getting her a bottle while another had her friend chillin in the waiting area. She was just as ghetto as the servers. GO DURING THE MORNING SHIFT - those workers are professional and polite. IDK who they are hiring to work at night.

Terrible service and even worse food I ordered eggs over medium they came out with really runny whites sent them back and yes they recooked the same eggs till there was no yoke, Oh and no butter on my toast Coffee was lukewarm and couldnt find our waitress most of the time This was a 2nd chance trip after my last tome here wad bad as well

Seated within 10 minutes. Waitress was nice, brought drink order and took food order immediately. Approximately 30 minute wait for food. Plates were dirty and part of the order was incorrect. The waitress was prompt and efficient taking care of all of our complaints. Overall, service was good, the restaurant was mediocre.

Service was a bit slow. Had to prompt waitress to pick up empty dishes off the table and remind her.to bring things we asked for ie water, extra napkins, hot syrup several times. Best service cane from other waitress (Kristen) who was not oour server who brought hot syrup and had a pleasant disposition. Food was great.)i(

This is the most unorganized and ghetto I Hop I have ever been! This is my second time walking out on them. They try shoving a lot of people on one side of the restaurant even if you ask to be seated else were. Everyone is sitting on top of each other and I wouldnt recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy. Ugh

I was going to give it 4 stars but decided 3 for the long wait and the fact they were arguing about my order and I believe they gave it away to someone else who was picking up. I have been waiting for almost a half hour for 2 orders of crepes. Probably shouldnt order from here before work or on a break

Went in on a Sunday night and there was literally no one there but the server and the cook. Kind of creepy to be the only people in the restaurant. Food was very greasy and not worth the price! Are we trust was sweet and brought the food out timely but I think that was because no one else was there.

I have only been here a few times, but experience has been good each time. The last 2 times we had the same server. I cant think of his name, he is very friendly and polite, and also has a good singing voice i might add. The food was very good as well. I would recommend checking out this location.

The food was amazing, but the lady who answered seem to have been having a bad day. She started off with "what you having?" And she sounded like she was mad or something. But overall their food is good just need to work on having a brighter attitude when answering the phone.

The gentleman that waited on us was very polite, respectful, and on top of asking us if we were ok or if we needed anything! The food was delicious, milkshakes to die for and the staff was very pleasant to be around! Would definitely recommend going. I would go here again!

The food was excellent our service was great and the manager Jeremiah was very courteous attentive and went out of his way to make sure we had an excellent experience. Will definitely be coming back soon. And the all you can eat pancakes combo is a no brainer!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! As we were waiting a party came in and was seated immediatly. Ordered our food and was given the wrong thing twice. As we were eating we could hear the manager yelling at the staff in the kitchen... Dissapointing!

Long wait to be seated when restaurant is half empty. Slow cooks. Server never checks on you. Always get order wrong. Bad management. Employees talking about who they had sex with. Save yourself and do not go there!!

Good service. Very slow for lunch time. Chz brgr omelet really sucked. Chicken flourentine crepes so so. They microwaved the hollendaise sauce. To the point the plastic container melted. Very disapointing.
