The first restaurant we visited during our WDW Summer of 2016. This was the outlet in Disney Springs. As the name suggests, this is not really a proper table service restaurant; you have to place your order first and then find a table. The wait staff then deliver the food to you based on your table number. There were nine of us, though we managed to find a place to sit reasonably quickly. Ordered a butternut squash soup, a couple of vegetarian/margherita pizzas and a hummus wrap. The soup was delicious – well spiced with herbs and seasoning, velvety and buttery. The pizzas were proper Italian style, amongst the best we had. Magic dough I guess! The hummus wrap was stuffed with crunchy lettuce leaves against a (you guessed it) hummus background and a soft tortilla-type wrap (the potato chips that came with it were a bit stale though and not very crispy). Overall an excellent choice for dinner after a hard day’s travelling and shopping. Time for dessert at Ghirardelli’s!

Asked if advertised board was real maple syrup. Was told yes. Was not, cane syrup or similar. Food was cold and got colder because of air conditioning. Music was pop and loud. Not esthetic ally pleasing or palatable. Told waitress about syrup no response or help. Had get my own coffee but wife had water brought to table. Asked by hostess hoe everything was as we recvd food. Never saw her again. Potatoes were unique whole brown but not tasty. As I went to get my coffee I had to sidestep for a waitress with nothing in her hands on a mission with no respect for customer and patron. Food was overpriced for what you got. But to be expected at a tourist location. Chairs people moved on floor were very loud and sqwawking, picky maybe but customer service and comfort is what will remember.

"THE EXPRESS" food was way below mediocre and so disappointing. First of all, none of our food was hot... at best ...warm. The meatballs were ground chicken with no flavor. The spaghetti sauce was like opening a can of Hunts tomato sauce and sprinkle basil on it. The meatloaf was overwhelming with sage! There were 6 guests in our party... no one wanted to say anything. LOL! After all, its WOLFGANG! But when NO ONE wanted a doggie bag and the food was barely half eaten ... thats when everyone started laughing and talking about how mundane and awful it was for Wolfgang. ***We will guarantee you, WOLFGANG NEVER ATE IN THIS EXPRESS RESTAURANT. *** BTW, the service was jovial, polite and prompt.

Food wasnt the issue. Food was great. Service was the problem. The map has the location wrong I think because the express side is part of the main restaraunt when I went. I asked a waiter for help finding an extra chair and he brushed me off and told me I was on my own and that I would have to ask complete strangers if they werent using any unoccupied chairs at their table. Hello! A waiter would be the person to know if a party had unoccupied seats since they interact with everyone. I had to ask awkward questions to strangers and it put both of us in an uncomfortable situation. Them having to say no and me having to ask in the first place. Would left had I not already ordered and paid.

A quicker wolfgang puck experience. This place is not the same as the other wolfgang puck on the other side of disney springs. That other one is a sit down dinner place. (where a waiter takes your order, etc) This particular one is more express in that you line up to order your food when you get in, and you sit at a table with a number and they bring the food to your table. I found it was definitely a quicker dining experience. They offer most of the same menu items as the other wolfgang puck. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the place is clean and inviting.

I love the food here. I am giving 3 stars because of price. This place has a great atmosphere. Hidden at the end of Disney Springs back between Earl of Sandwich and the Christmas store. The restaurant is almost fast food. You order at the counter and then a server will bring it to your table. Plenty of seating and the staff has always been wonderful. If youre looking for a really good quick meal and you dont mind paying for it, this is a great place.

Hair in my spicy tuna roll, luke warm miso soup not once, but twice (3rd time finally brought out hot soup), and the worst part was my sushi was made with soggy rice.... I talked with the manager and he took off over 100 bucks off the bill, but when I go to a nice restaurant I expect to be wowed. Not leave thinking "... hmm, you know what? I got better sushi at the Kroger Grocery Store in Swanton Ohio...." I was just disappointed.

Tried the chicken sandwich. It was edible however at 14.00 it should have been made fresh that day. When I questioned the date sticker, I was told it was made the day before and was not expired. Actually you could have gotten a better sanwich at a gas station. My husband had the meatloaf sandwich. It was very dry and all bread. Very disappointed in the quality and the reputation of Wolfgang Puck . Will not be going back.

I purchased the Disney Dining Plan and this restaurant was one of the participant. It was almost like a fast food restaurant except the food is not fast food but the service was quick. I ordered chicken pasta, steak, creme brulee and a cheesecake. Food presentation was lacking but the price was very affordable (if you dont use the Dining Plan) for Disney. Server was extremely friendly, which is expected from Disney.

We had a very poor experience at this restaurant. After waiting over 30 minutes just for our order to be taken (and there were only about 6 people in front of us), the manager (Peter) was extremely rude and condescending to customers who asked if another line could be opened. He had absolutely zero customer service skills. The food was okay, but it was not worth the wait or poor customer service.

Underwhelming. We experienced "bait and switch" as did several of the other guests that were ushered into the Café instead of the Express. Even with the higher prices, the food was uninspired and mediocre at best and we would have still been disappointed in the food even at the cheaper prices of the Express. A famous chef should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this restaurant.

DDP! We stopped to try it out because we had extra Disney Dining Plan credits, honestly.. It was pretty good but we were in line over 15-20 minutes just to order.. and it was almost impossible to sit inside, too. The food was pretty good, though! Nothing special about the place/atmosphere.. Just a quick place to grab a bite, normal tables, outdoor picnic-style round tables, etc. Nothing fancy.

Came here after a disappointed visit to rainforest Cafe where we waited 15 minutes after being seated and nobody acknowledged us. Walked in here, ordered the Greek salad and margherita pizza it was delicious. Our waiter Jeff greeted us soon as we sat down and maintained our table with drinks and side requests. Amazing job by Jeff and the rest of the staff. The pizza was extremely tasty.
