3/15/2016 Saturday evening 10PM at the start of spring break and there were 10 tables seated, 1 server, a second server reluctantly helping the 1st but focused upon sweeping floors, and a manager attempting to cook... Nine minutes after being seated we had yet to be greeted. Reminded manager and received drinks minutes later. Order taken ~20 minutes after being seated. Waited 38 minutes for one slice of french toast, stale fries, and chicken strips. No silverware, syrup, or appologies for horiffic service. My son bit into the second chicken strip and YES, it was raw. Great way to start a week long vacation after driving 5 hours, flying 1200 miles and dealing with 60 minutes of spring break traffic. We walked out after 58 minutes. Waved to the floor sweeper on the way out and told her we were served raw chicken and were done. Didnt leave a dime. Turned me off of not just this Perkins but all of them. Just horrible...and Ive been in some real dives all over the country.

First time trying a Perkins, and definitely the last. Took forever to be seated. Then upon waiting 45-60 minutes for our food, there was a nice long hair in my wifes food. Only one to apologize was the server. No manager presence at all. No discount offered, just to take the hairy entrée off the bill. Had to wait another 10 minutes to pay for the meal, which was honestly not worth the prices they charge. Again, no apology given for our experience. Asked the cashier for a contact for corporate offices and was told to call the number on the receipt. Didnt ask if there was a problem, nothing. Then seemed surprised when I told him it was the worst dining experience Ive had in a long time. Do not, do not, do not go to this restaurant if youre expecting to eat in a timely fashion. If you like waiting and hair in your food, by all means, visit this location.

Full of theives. We took my mom here for breakfast on Mothers Day. She left her gift bag that had a Michael Kohors watch. We called back on our way to return to pick up the watch. The hostess said that she did not find the bag. We pressed that she ask everyone that worked that table about the watch. She claimed that the bag had been thrown away. Total lies. The cards werected wet as if they could had been in the trash. The gift bag was in perfect condition, as was the box save for it being opened to examine the watch. Who ever pulled that table was planning to steal her watch. I wont go back to any Perkins again. Their staff are theives and dishonest. Its a shame. Also the service was horrible. The waitress took 20 minutes to even come and take drink orders.

Horrible! Maybe its b/c its a tourist area, but Ive never had such horrible food from them. My dish had a tiny piece of chicken breast, not even a whole breast, literally a medallion. The manager apologized, but said thats the way it comes! The milkshake I ordered was nasty, filled with ice pieces, tasted like ice milk, not ice cream, and was topped with cool whip! Not whipped cream, but cool whip! Last time I had a milkshake years ago from them it was in a large glass with the remainder in a tin cup, probably 20 oz or more. Nope, not when you order it to go. Its still over $4, but half the size. With these changes to the restaurant & their quality control, no thanks, theyve lost a customer! You can do waaaay better for the cost!

Meaning to write a review for some time. I was reminiscing our visit to Perkins, which was over two years ago. Me and my wife, Rebecca, are from England and travelled to Orlando for our honeymoon. The food and service at Perkins was exceptional. Unfortunately, British customer service in the hospitality/restaurant trade is a shambles, so it was nice to be able to write a positive review. I wish to personally thank Lilly who was the best waitress I have ever met. This is no exaggeration...she knew what drinks we wanted on our next visit, always had a smile on her face and was a delight to talk to. Lilly showed how kind hearted, customer service should be done. Please pass this message on to her.

We came to eat on a Wednesday at just before 11:00am. You would think that this is a perfect time to go to a restaurant because its after the breakfast crowd and before the lunch crowd. There was a 15-20 min wait to be seated which should have been the first clue. After 20 mins we were finally seated and then 10 mins later we were finally able to order. We start looking around the restaurant and notice there are A LOT of tables without food. Theres our other clue. Finally, 40 mins later our food comes. You typically come to places like this because theyre pretty fast. Not this place. Food was good, but service was SLOW. We asked the waiter if they were short-staffed today and she said, "No."

Do not waste your time here. Our family had been seated for more than 15-20 minutes without a server getting our drinks. We had to track someone down to come to get our drinks. When our waitress came up, she had said another waitress said we "didnt want drinks" (as if a group of 7 people really didnt want drinks) even though no one had even talked to us. Others that were seated after us were taken care before us. When we did order, our order was incorrect and needed to be fixed. We sat for an hour total without food. Would not come back or recommend.

Food is fair. This is Perkins after all. It aint bill of fare ate the Ritz but not bad. The staff however? Terse, not much for friendly. Not incredibly fast service. We got some fried food to go bout a week back and it tasted like they dont change the oil enough. Really not what we were expecting. Tried getting thus fixed but we are given the run-around. Cant reach the regional manager ever although he called once. But trying to return the call gets one a voicemail only. Better to spend the money elsewhere if you want to be valued as a customer.

Best Perkins in the Disney and Lake Buena Vista area! This one is open 24 hours and provides excellent service! Ask for Hooshang at night and Melodie during the graveyard shifts! They are fast and efficient in their delivery of your meal! I highly recommend any of the Smashers! These contain scrambled eggs, tots, and various breakfast meat and veggies! Also their French Toast is amazing! Make sure you do the survey on your receipt so your next visit you receive 10% off!

Perkins was a great late night find. They are open all night and we went around 1AM. The staff were all smiles, very polite and friendly. The restaurant was clean. Our waitress was very nice and talked to us about this and that and she was very quick even though she seemed to be the only one waiting tables. The food was great and we got a good amount for the money. Definitely recommend the pancakes and omelet We all walked out happy and full.

This place need to really think if they are a restaurant with a bakery or fast food they microwave there food there biscuits are rubbery you cant even cut it with a knife manager came to the table and said they should have put it in the toaster. Wow it biscuits and gravy that from a bakery about using a oven. And the cook need to learn how to cook over easy eggs.
