Horrible customer service . I shouldve turned around right after I ordered my food. The lady that took my order which was a manager had an attitude I know exactly what I wanted . I didnt give her a reason to have an attitude with me so after waiting in line for 48 minutes before I got up to the window to get my food , the manager threw my change in my hand she also tossed my large tea which almost fell out of my hand . As soon as I caught my tea she slammed the window. and the way she ran off she knew I was going to have something to say but I was cool I didnt say anything so then I check my food and I noticed I didnt have any ketchup . With my large fry So I blew the horn not only twice but three separate times another lady came to the window, she had an attitude is well I heard the manager say "what the hell does she want"? I gave her, her food. I kept my cool once again. both women look and act like they have absolutely nothing to loose so I asked her politely could I have some ketchup? She gave me one pack of ketchup . I informed her I had a large fry so she handed me two more packs of ketchup and slammed the window. I also realized why I waited in line for 48 minutes and that was because The manager was too busy making bags of food that the lady that handed me the ketchup because she put all the food in her back seat of her car and went back in the building afterwards . Before the manager threw my change in my hand she admitted the reason it was so long is because she had a huge order and she had to make fresh burgers so when I put two went to together knowing hat the cars in front of me only had one bag and I seen the beetle juice looking lady come back in the building I knew what was up . they need to be fired

Terrible experience. I ordered 12 Krystal burgers fresh. After waiting about 20 minutes, I fanally got them. I took one out of the box and ate one. It was cold. I told the cashier that there was no way these were fresh. They tasted like the burgers were frozen and thrown in the microwave and slapped on some stale buns. I was not happy and left. When I got home, I called the store and spoke to the manager named sharon and she told me that the restaurant doesnt have a microwave in there. She said she would re make them . I told her that I threw them away. I will never go there again. Customers beware ! Eat cold food at your own risk. Also, while I was waiting for my order, I saw the cashier take old fries out of the bin with her bare hands and never washed her hands before hand. Definitely against food handling policy. I will never go there again.

Service is not good at all.. I waited at the drive thru for almost 20 minutes without being greeted. There was a long lone behind me so I drove up to the window and got an employees attention. Her excuse, "Oh I didnt have my headset on." Ummmm.... Ok your lobby is closed meaning the only customers you will have are coming through the drive thru so why exactly would you not have your headphones on? That makes absolutely no sense. I can undestand taking it off for a minute but me and atleast 4 other cars were waiting in line for 15+ minutes. How could you not even think to check and seebif there are any customers in drive thru when that is your only customers... Horrible service. Never even gave an apology and the fries were half done and the bread is always soggy at this location. Id rather starve than to eat here ever again

Waited 10 minutes, watched the two people, that ordered after me, receive their order. I said something to the cashier, (when she was at the register and wasnt MIA) and she apologized. My original order was the 5 for 5; 3 chiks, pecan pie, and a drink. She said she was going to add a free order of fries, which wouldve been great, but when I got home I noticed that there was no pecan pie; it had been replaced by soggy fries. Terrible customer service. Even though 5 people were waiting for their food, the employees conversation mustve been more important, because instead of preparing the food, they stopped working to focus on it. Dont complain about low income jobs when you fail to execute even its simplest responsibilies.

Employee handling food without gloves and working drive through window together. I watched the cashier help the cook prepare my food without washing her hands or putting on gloves. Handling money and cards then to go prepare food without gloves or clean hands is a health hazard and a major violation. I got my money back and the employee lied about not touching the food. She gave me my money back, didnt apologize and closed the window. And besides the food at this location always taste old at night time. Never fresh.

Went thru drive thru order scramble with bacon got to work grits were rock hard in container. Made a phone call to manager explained situation she tells me oh they must have given you the bottom of the pot. Even so they should not be rock hard mines are not when i fix at home and I paid money for this crap. You guys need to be more concerned about what you are serving especially the manager after all without customers there will be no jobs for you. Should have went to my regular Krystals this one always suck!!!!

While I have not partaken of tonights feast the wait was considerably long considering it was supposed to be fast food. Now I know, perhaps its called that, because you eat it fast. But I assure, that is not the case at this establishment. Once I consume my entire bag of Krystal chics I may change the said rating, however Im drunk and liquor will taste my lips once more tonight. Update. 11:58. We clearly asked for chics but got burgers. At least it has cheese on it

Obviously English isnt understood at this location. Last time I checked plain didnt involve mayo. Dont understand how u can repeat back exactly what I ordered and still manage to screw it up..then they are out of other items so basically they dont have whats on their menu then what they do have they cant even follow simple directions and make it correctly..Ill stick to the one on the west side this location is a disgrace

Service was slow. Ordered a 3 egg breakfast scrambled with sausage and toast toast was cold butter not even melted. Grits were lumpy, eggs were runny and did not appear to be the three I ordered. Looked more like one or two if I give benefit of the doubt. Save time and money and go somewhere else because management is non responsive to complaints and is willing to be confrontational.

Im giving this place 3 stars because sometimes theyre on point and sometimes not so much. On some visits theyre quick, everything comes out nice and hot, and your order is correct. On other visits one or all three of those qualities may be missing. Upside is, theyre always pretty friendly.
