Where do I start? The fact that when I walked in and said I wanted to sit on the patio, I said oh tell so and so on your way through ( naming some name...) and then walking away before I could ask them to tell me the name again. Or the fact that when I got to the patio and there were two people working out here and three people supervising, one of the people supervising was the manager. While they were watching the one guy tried to fix the TV and the other guy held the ladder, I sat out here for 10 minutes without being waited on with a manager out here, completely aware of the fact, and he did not take care of me or see why I did not have a waiter or waitress. After dinner I ordered a piece of chocolate cake that was supposed to come with ice cream. The cake came from the kitchen with no ice cream. I would blame my waiter for this, but the entire time that I have been here seems as though the other employees including the manager had been setting up my waiter to fail. I am not impressed, not at all. This is not the first bad experience Ive had at this Buffalo Wild Wings Bar and Grill, although I love Buffalo Wild Wings! I guess Im going to have to wait until I go back to Florida, and I can go to a Buffalo Wild Wings & Grill that is actually concerned about taking care of their customers.

Busy and over priced. Some else besides waitress got drinks. We were lead to believe boneless special was same as Tuesdays half off regular. Waitress took order...NEVER refilled drinks...and dropped check off. Poor service...what happened since it was called bw3s. Wings had little sauce and they charged us for extra. Many...many other places more worth the money. Over priced fast food. Save your money and go to burger king...10 piece $1.49 and they only charge 25 cents for extra sauce. Same quality and you dont have to watch bad connection sports channels.

Its a pretty good place, very sporty. Wings are pretty good and they offer wing deals every Tuesday and Thursday so that makes me want to come back. The only reason I dont want to give a 5 star is because its not spectacular, the service is usually good but occasionally its bad, the food is almost always made correctly, sometimes you have to wait a while to get a seat, its a deadzone for cellphone service and the wifi isnt that good, but its still a good place

I ordered food to go, good ole bdubs boneless wings (for my girl of course, I prefer traditional) and One of the boneless wings was raw. I called and they wouldnt do anything to help because a GM wasnt there. So I called the next day and was still treated like I was making it up. I asked for corporates number and was told by the alliance GM that they wouldnt care because their location is a franchise. Shouldve handled it better. I will post pic when I find it.

Service is terrible every time I come here. The employees of this place come drink on their days off and thats who the waitress or waiters or bartenders talk to. Very disappointed in the food also. The place can be empty and you can still wait 25-45 min for an appetizer. Get it together management!! I vow every time I come here I will not be back and I wonder how they stay in business!

Typically only go in on Thursdat and only get take out. Order online and its ready 99% of the time when my online order tells me too. Perfect amount of sauce in my opinion. Boneless wings could be a bit larger but other than that its pretty great.

Came in on Sunday afternoon at 2:25pm(not busy)and waited 15 minutes for someone to come to our table and take a drink order. Staff definitely wasnt overly friendly or apologetic. We wont be back.

A bit pricey for what you get, but worth it if youre into trivia games - the only reason i would choose to go there. The foods is consistently good and the wait staff are helpful and attenentive.
