Horrible experience. I ordered a pizza for the kids i babysit and they completely messed it up, i called and the put a credit on my account. So today i went in to get that replacement and they messed it up again the same way, i pointed it out to the lady up front but i was in a hurry i was running late to babysit again and again the kids didnt want it because it barley had any cheese, so i called the restaurant to try to get a delivery of a new pizza, i was even willing to pay the delivery fee and 5$ to the driver and the manager tried to tell me that she saw that specific pizza come out and there was nothing wrong with it and that it was already a free pizza. She pissed me off, basically calling me a liar so i hung up on her i dont need her spat on pizza, her cooks are apparently to incompetent to make a replacement pizza correctly. Safe to say we will no longer be eating here! Oh and the only reason i gave them 1 star is because Google wont let me post this unless i give them a atar! :)

This location is god awful. You can order online and go in when it states your order will be ready, but you still have to wait....and wait a long time. What is worse is that they do not know how to correctly make pizzas at this location. You will get something with cheese sparsely scattered across, It basically looks like a large round breakstick. They need to clean house at this location as the staff is not up to the task, yes, they cannot even handle fast food....

I work in the food service industry where customer service is KEY. The staff delivering the pizza was extremely rude and short. I had called to tell the manager of my unfriendly food service experience. Her only response was, "its policy." Not only was the staff extremely rude, but the manager as well. Not happy. At all. Horrible experience. Only reason I put one star is because there is not an option for anything less.

Terrible places, constantly late on deliveries or carry out orders, management is rude and unprofessional, cleanliness is nonexistent. Jeanine is from what I have been told a terrible store manager, she is lazy and does not help her employees.

Used to order from them a lot, have not been there for several months pizza not that great a large pizza in reality is not that large I eat at Backstreet Pizza now much better quality and larger pizzas.

Pick up is fast, store is new and clean. Service was great, always have a smile. They double check your order before you leave to make sure it is correct. Try the pasta... great value!
