HUGE shout out to the staff at Tijuana Flats in Oviedo. Ive started going to Taco Tuesday just about every week (dont judge) and was concerned with the amount of styrofoam and plastic I was using (I take it to go because I cant get there until around 9:30). I came in tonight with my own container and asked if they would mind just putting my food in there. Without hesitation, they took my container to the back and filled my Tervis with lemonade. They made it so much easier to cut down on the waste that we create from one-time use items and were SO nice about it. Thank you!

Love Tijuana flats but this location specifically is way too hot in the building itself, even saw the servers sweating non stop as they were working, feel very bad and cant even sit in the restaurant with my family to enjoy our meals, needs to be taken care of this seems very important and is not getting the attention it needs to get this taken care of, its been 3 weeks and still very hot in restaurant !

Ive been here many times and I feel its nothing to write home about. The food is mediocre the meat is bland and they have a full sauce bar to mask the blandness of the food. Its not even a cheap place to eat for 2 people with drinks youre looking at 25 to 30 dollars. Good grief thats expensive for such crap food. Employees are generally okay nothing spectacular service wise.

The staff make this location unbeatable! They are friendly, hard working and efficient! I love Taco Tuesdays at the Flats! Its a great alternative to fast food. If they actually gave free salsa with their chips I may have given them five stars. Thats the biggest downfall of the chain, in my opinion.

Great local chain with good food, good prices amazing ice and hot sauce bar. Staff remember you and always treat you like a friend. I even saw the manager bring out a water dish for a patrons dog. Dropped a star because they got rid of my favorite hot sauce (Habenaro Taco sauce)

Went there for dinner got it to go orders were no correct! Entrees were to come with chips and had asked for salsa none was in the order! Paid extra for the sauce got very little! Not happy with the service and the price we paid for our order and extras!

Love the food. This particular branch is great, staff are nice, plenty of seating, and the store is very clean. Only complaint is there isnt a ton of parking and it is pretty difficult to figure out where to park in order to get into the store.

Their food is consistently good and the service is great. They occasionally screwed up an order, but I ate there so often, it was bound to happen eventually. When a mix-up did occur, they would go out of there way to resolve it.

Ive been to this T-flats, as well as one in Jacksonville and two others in Orlando. Theyre very consistent in having great food, great service and very friendly staff. If you like Tex-Mex, definitely check this place out.

Sooo good every time. The staff is super nice, and they always check up on you for refills, etc. The megajuana steak burrito is the way to go. Be sure to tip! They deserve it.
