We went on Friday to get some drinks with friends. My wife and I wanted to get some food. We waited 30ish minutes for a table, but thats understandable. However, it took 20 minutes to get water, then 15 mins to get drinks, and we didnt get my wifes drink. The bartender brought the drinks, and it took another 5 mins to flag down the waitress to get her to check on the drink. She came back and said they couldnt make it. After ordering food, it took 30mins for it to come. My burger showed up without any sauce on it. it was at least 10mins before our waitress showed up to ask how it was, and at that point it was cold. I simply turned it down and ate half of my wifes. Our friends ordered two more drinks, but they never showed. We got our checks and after paying we realized they charged us for the first drink that my wife never got. She ended up heading back in to ask for a refund. Nothing was ever done to try and make things right. Needless to say, not going back there.

The food is, as always, just fine. Always tasty and consistent. What made this stop in so pleasant was Amanda. Mid-afternoon on a Monday and she was energetic, pleasant and attentive at the time when I can barely keep my eyes open. She kept my drink full, made sure I had enough dressing, etc. Five star service at the time of day when most wait staff are being bored to tears or scrubbing toilets for something to do is an unexpected surprise. The delicious chocolate cake is not, in any way, helping my motivation to go exercise, but thats my own fault

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL of the waitresses are very rude. Plan on lunch taking at least an hour and a half. The waitress stood over my shoulder the whole time we were couting the money to pay the bill. Never ONCE said thank you, or asked us if we needed anything. We waited 45 min for our food (we ordered 3 med size wing baskets and there was only 5 other tables of people). We asked the manager when our food would be out, did not get a response.. terrible managers. Save your money, this buffalo wild wings is BAD.

While not exactly novel or exciting, BWW is dependably good. Food is prepared to a uniform standard, which goes a long ways to preventing some of the terrible surprises I have had elsewhere in Williston. Service is generally very good, though expect some delays during peak hours and major televised sporting events. The pricing is inline with competing restaurants in the area (JDubs, Williston Brewing Company) with, as stated, much more consistent food quality.

I spend a lot of time working in Williston and end up eating here at leat a couple times a month. I have only ordered carry-out but nearly every time they have had a problem with the till. Literally 90 percent of the time they can not figure out how to charge my card. This usually takes between 5 to 20 minutes to resolve. They apparently do not have a warmer, because the food is always room temperature by the time I get out of the restaurant.

I eat here alot and its normally great. But today its been 20 minutes and our drinks just arrived. The hostest actually went to get them and I have yet to meet our waitress so we can order. The place is almost empty. Its very unusual for this location. I will give them 10 more minutes till I leave as my wife is getting frustrated after I have asked for a waitress twice.

The food is pretty good but it takes a while to come to your table. The service is on the slow side. The flavored lemonades are good but you dont get free refills on them like you can pretty much anywhere else in town even though youre paying about the same price. Also they charge you for any extra condements you might want for your food.

With everything being said about service in Williston, and sometimes BDUBS specifically. ... started out our night somewhere else, left at halftime because of the horrible service and came here. From the moment we sat down we were happy. Caitlyn was amazing. Start to finish best service weve gotten in a very long time.

You dont go to BWWs for a great meal. You go for bar food. The wings where good. Fried pickles OK. My favorite is breaded bone-in wings and just like every other BWW, they dont have. Hostesses where brain dead. They gave me the dumbest look when I asked for a table. Waitress was decent, but not exceptional.

Once we finally got our food it was good. We asked for ranch and they brought it when we were done eating. Try to order the special they are offering on the special board and they are all out. Tried to order Coors and they are all out. Menu says free refills but that is not on lemonade. Miss leading.

Placed an online order an hour and a half prior. Went in at pickup time I scheduled online and food was not ready. I was then forces to wait an additional 20 minutes for food to be ready. A take out order that walked in got out before mine did. Worst customer experience I have ever had.

I have lived in many states and trust me the WORST BWW . I have been here many time getting to go orders. They literally say 20minutes its an hour. Better yet they dont get the order right. They even had nerve to keep tips I gave while waiting for order I never got

No one at the entrance to greet and seat us, waitress took forever to take our initial drink order, and the food is taking forever to get here, even though its a slow afternoon. 1/2 hour later, no food and no drinks at all. Extremely bad experience.

Was probably the best our food had tasted in the 4 times weve dined there. The music, however is took loud for us. Our age is 55&60.wr couldnt understand our server because of the loud music. Our server was tentative to our table.

They got our order wrong twice, the waitress would purposely ignore us when we would try to talk to her. Lunch took two hours for a basket of fries and medium size boneless chicken basket. Unacceptable.

Food taste is not consistent. They need to maintain the recipe even if there are different cook everyday. So far service is good after the new management.
