Was very disappointed when I stopped in over the weekend. One young man was working feverishly to help customers both at the counter and the drive thru window while three females stood over to the side back by the wall behind the counter texting/facebooking on their cell phones. If they had that much downtime why werent they helping him wait on customers, or stay busy cleaning the nasty bathroom or mopping the sticky floors out in the dining area.....Cell phones rob employers of productivity everyday. Hopefully the owner of this particular establishment will read this review and reward the young man for doing his job and establish a rule for no cell phones while at work.

Actually, if I could do no stars, I would. Slow, cant get orders to right EVER, always kids employed there, but not working, cuz their friends are there, run out if ice cream all the time, ordered 5$ meal deal and when we went to get the ice cream that went with the meal they didnt have any. Sandwiches flat as a board when ya get them This place needs managers that are actually ADULTS and people who are willing to actually WORK FOR THEIR PAYCHECK!

I think there was only two people working. It took forever to get service. Also my son wanted a hot fudge sunday, no fudge. I wanted a peanut butter shake, no peanut butter. I still gave three stars because I like DQ, but slow service and short on stock.

Terrible service. Extremely slow and the workers are incompetent. Took more than 10 minutes for manager to give refund and found hair in my burger.
