This was the fourth time Ive been to this establishment and my experiences have gotten worse with each visit, and the main reason being the awful waitstaff. They are not attentive to the guests, take a long time to bring menus and water to the table and then even longer to take our orders. It seems as if they are not paying attention to the guests and I even witnessed our waiter looking through his phone while he was behind the counter, in plain view (a bit unprofessional). This same waiter (Dane) was rude, slow and generally uninterested in our experience at the restaurant. I left a comment on my receipt about my meal since no comment card was provided and he did not ask us how our meal was, and I saw him look at my note - show it to another waiter, and then crumble it up before throwing it away. I did not mention his service (or anything about him in my comment), all I wrote was a criticism of their spinach salad (too heavily dressed and wilted) and he didnt even consider the comment to better their establishment. I definitely will not be going back there and wont be recommending it to anyone. The food quality is not bad but the service is absolutely horrible.

This is a great establishment, the waitstaff is friendly and knowledgeable, all their ingredients are sourced locally and are always top-notch. I ordered the Wagyu Burger, which was fantastic, thick, juicy and cooked just to my liking- Medium For the side I got a choice of potato; Roasted, Smashed or Frittes. I opted with the fried option and was quite pleased with the thinly sliced potato strings accompanied by seasoning that just made them delicious. The food here is not just food, each meal is a creation, individually crafted by the experienced kitchen staff, meant to be savored and enjoyed. If you are looking for a top-notch restaurant with very good quality food this is the place to go.

The cheeseburger is was literally smaller than a Happy meal burger,for $7 without a side. The buns were burnt black. I received my burnt tiny buns with no meat and took it back to only have Tyrone to cop an attitude over it. I asked for my money back and got it without issue. The owner was apologetic and accommodating,which I appreciated. The salads were large and looked great. Its very noisy inside, but theres plenty of outside seating.

Burger was small. No option for cook temperature. Fries were standard grocery store crinkle fries covered in rosemary, which was weird. They were soggy too. Zero experience. Dont go here unless you want to serve yourself dinner in a nearly empty restaurant. We went on a Saturday evening, and it was empty and not good.

It is a unique place to eat because they stamp the buns with "Local 27101." The food is tasty, the interior is very clean, and it has a cozy feel to it. Lastly, the price is expesive averaging $12.50 per person, but it is a worthwhile experience to eat once in awhile.

The food was delicious, and the owner was extremely accommodating, and found us a place to sit while the restaurant was full. Its a tad pricey, but its worth it as soon as you bite into it. The atmosphere was nice and casual, and the staff is friendly.

Service is absolutely rude... my wife got coffee next door @ the camino sat down at the outdoor seating and I wanted to get something to eat.. was told to vacate because we didnt have food.... lost my appetite....

Very personal service here. Saturday night was not at all busy with a couple other restaurants near by at 45-90 minute wait times. I dont understand why?!?! This place has awesome food. Good wine. Good atmosphere.

Excellent food (especially the fries), great music and beer, quality service. Burgers might be a bit on the small side, but that isnt necessarily a bad thing and you can ask for a double for a smal upcharge.

Good burgers and good atmosphere. You order sides separately. Everything seems fresh and is tasty. The only question is seating as they tend to want you to have three people at least to sit at a four top.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. The hot dog and Oyster Po boy were delicious. I was just looking for a quick bite but ended up with a delicious late night dinner, and a local beer.
